On April 24, 2020 I ordered two bra’s if you ordered 2 you got free shipping. They took $35 off my card. It is now June 19, 2020 and I still have not received any bra’s. I have gotten no confirmation of payment, no confirmation of expected date of arrival. I can’t even find a phone # to call and complain.

I purchased 2 fabric raised beds for gardening on May 3, 2020. They have not yet sent me a confirmation of purchase or order tracking information. I am trying to find a way to get in touch with them. I did not realize when I ordered them, it was coming from China. I know things take longer to get from there, especially with everything going on with COVID-19, but they have not done anything but charge my card for merchandise they have not even sent a confirmation on. Does anyone have any contact information on this company? Need help...

I ordered an eyebrow pencil kit for my wife on 5/18. It has not yet arrived and i'm beginning to wonder if this is a scam company. Maybe they have a lot of backorders to catch up with?

I ordered raised planting beds on May 2. I contacted the company on May 24 and was advised the order was processing and I would be advised when it shipped. On june 2 I requested to cancel the order and refund my card (which was charged on May 2) since by now my plants have no chance of surviving until these items arrive and was advised the items had shipped and they could not cancel or refund. Today, June 16, I tried to request a refund again and they have deactivated their email address. I am hoping pay pal or Visa will be able to assist with getting my money back. These companies should be required to disclose thar they are in china and not in America.

Purchased 2 Chainsaw sharpeners on May 26th from an advertisement on Facebook. Contacted them within a week, as they advertised "ships within 3 days". Got a reply that it was "in transit". Waited another week, sent another email. Was informed "in Transit" and given a bogus number and shipper, that denied any such shipment with their company. I even tried same shipping number with all main shippers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS) with no success. Tried to contact Facebook but there is no way to even contact them to report a scam or fraud. They just seem to accept it.. Next step is to contact the State of CA Attorney General and report both Allwaytech Wan Chai Ho AND facebook for being being complicit in the fraud. Next best practice is to NOT purchase ANYTHING being sold on Facebook. If anyone DOES know how to contact Facebook and report fraudulent scams please post here.

Bought a amazing bubble thing April 30th and it is now June 15th and they haven’t shipped it yet. Tried contacting them and their email comes back as not a real email.. Also tried clicking on their return policy and it says oops page is not there. HELLA SCAM

I paid for a messager. it was 65 dollars on May 11, 2020 and I still have not gotten my product. I asked for a refund on my money and they are saying it transit so no refunds. Im going to take it up with my bank to see if they can give me my money back.

I paid them 23.95 for a paint roller kit. I received the paint roller only. I really want the kit as that is what I paid for. The money has already been taken out of my account. If I do not get the rest of the kit, I am going to report them to Facebook so that can no longer advertise on Facebook. This is a shame that everything you order from over there you get scammed and it takes a long time to get your order. I ordered this the first part of April, and just now got it. I want the rest of the kit that I paid for. Why do they do this if they want people to order from them. $24.00 is an awful price to pay for a paint roller. Thank you.

Sent for sandals 6/4/20 paid £24.99 Took ages for them to be delivered. When they arrived did not suit so I sent emails but got no reply .

Ordered a swimsuit that was advertised on Facebook on 5/17/20. I emailed the email address in my order confirmation email and did not receive a response. I followed up today and received a message delivery failure. I see a charge for $39.97 from this company on my bank statement and will be reporting them.
