I called customer service number on that email. An india gent had me go to a albertsons to get a specific gift card and charge $200 on each of the two cards. and wanted me to open it and give him the number.
I got home and called my amazon customer service and they said no activity on card and named off my last transaction. I have blocked 3 different phone numbers from this group.
