Rude and illegal

Terrible business. I should’ve known it was too good to be true when their site was the only place I could find the show I was looking for on dvd. When the disc didn’t even play correctly, they were rude and said it was MY PROBLEM. I have contacted my credit card about the scam.

Horrendous Experience and Product

I should have listened to the reviews, but I thought I'm just buying one movie.. how bad can it go?

Apparently really bad. I paid $30 for a movie that looks like it's been ripped off a home recorded VHS from 1996. The listing stated the film was remastered to and I quote "A+++++ remastered HD".

I told the seller I think they may have used an old file because the quality was very far from; in fact it's so bad you can barely make out facial features.. like noses and eyes. It's that bad.

He replied with an awfully rude remark; gave me a copied and pasted excuse stating it's my fault and has ignored every attempt for me to send the item back for a refund.

A complete and total scam artist. I had 12 items in my plan to purchase list and now I WILL NEVER bring this fraud my business ever again. STAY AWAY!

His products are garbage. Use MonsterlandMedia instead.

What the DVD black summer supposed to be 16 series episodes only eight only one disc and it's Alberto dish at that Gmail them got a nasty reply never use them again may they get caught in this scam

Garbage company.

I made the mistake of purchasing a Blu Ray of a series that has no official release from Asuka the Disc Dog. Wish I'd done my research in them prior and learned about their awful reputation beforehand. The disc is crap- it keeps pixelating to the point where it's unwatchable (see image). I emailed them about it and they've flat out ignored me. No offer to replace it, no response at all. $30.00 pissed away. Avoid these leech [censored] at all costs. Lesson learned about bootlegs.

Sells streaming shows of anyone and is severely rude and worse for asking a mere question

I asked the owner about a product he had up and if it was available as a one offer over the set. Being I know only 2 seasons of the show are legit and we’re officially released, I knew the seasons I questioned about were either foreign or bootlegs.

He went nuts over just my regular question about the seasons being separate, and is honestly one of the most mentally unstable people for no reason I’ve ever talked to. I know crazy well.

This guy is not only highly narcissistic and rude, he’s severely unhinged. How do you expect to make money coming off so self-important for no reason and rude to the point of insanity? He does because he’s using torrents or what not to make them.

BBB and many other companies know he’s illegally selling currently streaming shows and are aware of him. Evidently, many see him as a small time egomaniac. He gets away with it though.

Fred the Blu Ray Dog is another of his former names when asked to close down shop. Now this Asuka the Disc Dog or Blu Ray Dog is going by Vesper. He never stops and gets crazier by any question.

Beware. I doubt he takes PayPal as he’s a fraud. One can seats tell the frauds. Ask about that and he gets nervous and crazy. He’s also certifiable. Good luck.

Vulgar Company

I've bought a few things from the company, as far as im aware they play fine. My issue is with the owners of the site. The whole website website is worded crudely and aggressively they're pratically driving away business. I have been a return customer 3 times now (only because they offer what cant be found anywhere else) and I sent an email inquiring if it would be possible to request a particular series on tv and recieved a very aggressive and derogatory reply. I do not forsee myself buying anything else.

Was polite both times and tried to do a Q&A. Both times was dismissive and refused to follow his own return policy. Very rude, aggressive and belligerent. Hope netflix releases hard copies of there shows or someone else can burn them.

Bad discs that don't work

Bought a tv series on two disks from the website and nothing plays. Players don’t recognize the program.

Rude, aggressive, non existent customer service

The picture pretty much speaks for itself. But as you can see I had a issue with one of the discs I purchased and when I asked them about it they got very aggressive. But to clarify more than half of the episodes on the disc did not have audio at all.

Purchased 2 hard to find bluray sets for a rather steep price and received poorly made bootleg (burned disks) copies that were full of glitches / skips, entire disks with no audio, missing seasons (in complete series set), and one "Netflix" series won't play at all. I tried to get the issues resolved, and was rudely told my player was at fault. I tried to return for a full refund and all communication is now cut off (phone # doesn't work). Asukathediskdog is a rude scammer, I recommend you don't do business with them (in my humble opinion)
