Got an email saying that they were warrant for my arrest. I told them I'm not here in America and they still bother me. I have not been in America for over 8 years and then they said will you have your name on it.

I began getting emails threatening a warrant and court for a debt. There was no information about who the debt was with or anything. When I requested more information, I was given an account that I once had. However, the threatening emails continued. I asked what company he was with, no response. When I asked for a phone number, I was told email is their preferred method of communication. I was sent an invoice from a company I cannot find anywhere. Meanwhile, the emails keep coming and the demand for payment or legal action will be taken. I have included the last "invoice" I received. How do I make this stop?
