I purchased an anti aging laser device from aurora chic co website. It was advertised buy one get 2 free. In the mail i received just one device and I emailed to file a complaint with the company to receive the other 2 items because there was no phone number listed only an email so I couldn’t call and speak with a representative. I received an email back about a week later reassuring me they would send out my other 2 items but they needed to investigate what happened. After about 3 weeks I had not heard back from the company so I emailed again and I was told to be patient and they were still investigating the matter. I waited another 2 weeks and hadn’t received nothing in the mail nor received an email from the company with an update on my order. I emailed again asking for a refund since my order was no complete and no one was handling my complaint. I never heard back from anyone and my emailed went unanswered to this day. I would still like to get a refund if possible but most importantly to warn other consumers to avoid this company for false advertising and not providing the consumer with the total order of what they paid for.
