I purchased a product online through facebook and never received a confirmation email to show my purchase. I have had numerous emails back and forth with them and they are responsive with lies. Every email says to be patient because due to overwhelming amount of business the couriers are slow. I ordered this in December and they sent a bogus tracking number. I tracked the package and it was supposedly delivered to someone in West Virginia. I live in Indiana. I reached out and they blamed the courier service for that. They had all of my information from my order. I am not going on over two months of them telling me that they have been working on a reissue of the product. All lies. Just this week 2/21/24 I am being told to be patient because it has been shipped again but due to the overwhelming orders it is taking some time to get my tracking number (AGAIN LIES) because as soon as its ordered a tracking number would be issued. They are 100% scamming people out of money. I am reporting on here and will follow up with other avenues as well.

This site posted many adds on Facebook, TikTok, instagram etc the comments were generated by AI to make it seem like it was a legitimate company with good products. the ordering will go through and they provide a fake tracking number. It will never come. Their customer service will respond and say they cannot offer a refund, and say they will resend the products, again with a fake tracking number.

I ordered 2 gaming boards. I got a message that the order had been sent and got an address to track it. After not seeing anything for several weeks I tried tracking. I got a message saying the items had been delivered to an address out of state. I contacted the company and they said they would correct the mistake. I have since had multiple contacts with the company and they keep making excuses as to the problem and they keep telling me to be patient. I have asked for a refund and have had no luck with that. This has been going on for months. I ordered in October or early November.

Purchased a gaming table and give a reference and tracking number LV917485767CN. It says been delivered but in formed by British Post it is a scam. Would be grateful for this matter to be resolved and to find out if it is a scam

got an email with a receipt of $39.99 with the last four digits of my credit card. I tried to call but every time I get a busy number. I have no idea of what was purchased and my credit card has been charged monthly until the dispute can be resolved.

I saw an advertisement on fb,i ordered and they deducted the amount of 50$ of my credit card and never they send anything.

The add was on facebook for a table game. I contacted the person through email to find out where the package was.

This is the response I received:

Dear Customer,

Your order has been shipped.

However, due to the large volume of orders, the tracking number cannot be synchronized to the order system.

We promise that the tracking number will be provided to you within three days.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

I responded with an email and asked for the tracking number. No response. The number I called had a busy tone.

This is unfortunate, was a present for my grandson, and I don't have the money to buy him something now.

I saw an add on Facebook regarding Sephora Advent Calendars. I purchased one on November 20, 2023. I contacted the company [email protected] complaining I had not received tracking info on my package. They told me to be patient and sent me a tracking number. I followed the logistics of my package and it was delivered to Alaska!! Total scam!!! I tried calling the phone number busy signal no answer. I have requested the company to refund my credit card. Waiting to here from them. I will file a claim with my credit card company to dispute the charges.

I saw an ad for a game table for $40 on November 24th. After “purchasing “ the table I received an email with a confirmation number. No other emails were sent. After reaching out through email and not getting a response I called the number listed. It gave me a busy tone every time I called. I did have to replace my debit card. Several days later another $60 was taken out of my account.

I was on Facebook and saw the Sephora was having a special- if you buy 2 Sephora advent calendar (it would be free shipping)- it would include a Sephora box/calender with 25 doors opening to small cosmetic treats as found in Sephora. Sounded great!!!! So I, unfortunately ordered 2 for my daughters for Christmas on Nov 15. I did receive an email saying I ordered the 2 products but never received any follow up emails regarding shipment dates and deliveries. When I called the phone number listed multiple times I only heard a very quick busy signal. When I followed up with emails to the email included - NO ONE ever answered. - Now being Dec 4th, I'm feeling quite stupid because I'm realizing it WAS A SCAM! :( Please be careful and checkout the website BEFORE ordering your gifts and treats. I now realize, I was remiss in doing my homework... so people be careful - go to Sephora or a trusted sight before you order please> MERRY CHRISTMAS AND good luck! :))
