As many others did, I placed what I thought was the official Bath & Body Works. Turns out it was a fraud / scam site. They will get all of your billing information/where you live/credit card info so you will have to file a dispute with your bank and order a new credit card as the card you used has been compromised. I placed an order on 12/23/2023 for $49.72. The bank said it looks like a fraudulent website. The bank said I would have to wait two weeks to see if I actually receive the merchandise I ordered. The site was originally showing Josephhegan.com but there is no merchandise on that page for Bath & Body Works.

I have been asking when I will receive my order and I do get responses from a "Lercher Daniel", see below...obviously this is just a robo reply.

The same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago now he's dodging me , I told him I knew he's a fraud and a scammer and he's not replying back. He took me for 44$

Also, when searching the IP address, http://47.88.235.30/, it appears that the originator is located in Singapore and has hacked into Alibaba's website. I'm going to see if I can report this to Federal Bureau of Investigation, as there are enough people here that they might be investigating these persons. Sorry if this is too much info, but I can't stand this! I've been scammed 3 times by other websites too! I have reported to FBI in the past and they have said to me that they have a site"

I've used www.ic3.gov in the past. Hope this helps.

Yo ise una orden a por Linia a Bath Body work , $51 .78 dolar cundo miré en mi banco q no era el nombre de la tienda me puse a en bestigar y descubrí q es un fraudulento con el nombre LESLIESOLE. Com nose q aser a ora asta q el banco se cobre.

Placed an order for $50.45 online thinking I was placing the order with Bath and Body Works. I received an email confirmation but after that, no updates on the order such as shipping information, so I decided to email Bath and Body Works, no answer. Then I email [email protected] and no answer, so I decided to call Bath and Body Works for an update on the order and that's when I found out it was fraud. I contacted my bank to file a fraud report and I have to call them back tomorrow because even though the amount shows posted but to the bank still pending. I will have to file a dispute and I was told it can take up to 60 days to get resolved since I was the one who initiated the online purchase with them. This is extremely upsetting.

I just spent almost $70 for bed bath and beyond, I just checked my bank account and it's for Leslie sole... I'm out so much money for my three kids Christmas! So upset been crying when I found out this is a scam. Now they won't be getting their Christmas. Worthless people!

Bath & Body works scam …

Saw add on Facebook for candles , once I completed the transaction the name at the top changed to www.glowmory.com.

So 43.40 was deducted from my account.

I called my bank who gave me a worthless number in Colorado 719-409-2253. And the name of the company that took the payment was actually Rikims. So I managed to get the email of that company and address and reached out. So it’s a scam and a shame as someone is making a lot of money stealing from people online. I will never make a purchase from a Facebook post add again. I’m not giving up , it’s only 43.40 but it’s money I worked hard for.

I ordered merchandise (thinking this was Bathbodyworks app). Have not received merchandise. I have not been able to contact anyone. I even paid extra for faster delivery $7.90 and ok’d a $2.00 tip. Big SCAM!

Used bath and Body works logo stating candles were only $2.50 each. Never received the package. They did respond with a link that did not look legit so I did not click. Now getting emails with different links begging to to click. Stating the package was delivered to my door. I have not received the package. Yet still getting emails from them with different links about fake tracking. The have never once used my name in any of the emails. I did get my money back from the bank.

Complete scam and I reported them to the better business bureau and my bank. File a claim with your bank and they will give you your money back.
I emailed them and they tried to say it was legitimate when they responded. The email came back from a David Lercher. I’m sending all this information in as well. Scam on instagram posing as bath and body works.

I ordered candles from Bath and Body Works so I thought, but as soon as I paid I got a receipt from Risetor. As soon as I got the receipt I knew something was not right. I contacted my bank right away and the person told me they were a legit company so I thought everything was good. I waited a while thinking I would eventually get my purchase. After a few weeks I decided to check this out and come to find it is a scam.

Site showed identical to bath and body works. Prices were very low and I probably should not have ordered. When it showed in my bank account it was a company I have never heard of, their e-mail address is www.wtbsxbn.shop

I purchased bath and body products from Facebook that I believed were from bath and body in the amount of $41.44. I never received the products. Discovered the charge on my recent credit card statement. The name of the scammer on my statement is Diem Roushi LLC 504-450-3266

Ad on Facebook for Bath and Bodywork’s year end clearance sale. Used B&B logo, brand name, items… I purchased 43.97 and never received an email confirmation. I went to my banks website to find out Leslie Sole took the money out. NOT Bath and Bodywork! I tried calling the phone number, it was a restricted number. Tried emailing [email protected] just for it to come back failed attempt. My bank is looking into this.

We were scammed also...Cancelled credit card and ordered new one. Cannot order cancel charge because still pending. Have to dispute once charge clears. Website no longer works when wife forwarded me link. Compared the real Bath and Body Works website and fake link from facebook. They are not the same.

I ordered Bath and Body works candles from what I thought was a legitimate website. I emailed to cancel the order but have not received a response. When I received the email order confirmation I noticed that email address it came from and it was NOT BathandBodyWorks. PLEASE HELP

I fell for it too! I reported them to the BBB and also my bank to initiate a dispute for fraudulent charges. The website they use was bathbodyworkschristmaspromotion.com

I got scammed I called my bank canceled my card I thought I was getting bath and body works but it was a scam I sent an email to the link because I couldn't look at my order they said the site was down or would be back up and now when I send an email it comes right back to me says to me from me like these people need to be shut down NOW

I ordered from what I thought was bed bath and beyond and when I got my confirmation number and what I ordered I tried looking at my order and it wouldn't show me so I reached out to the email and they said it was down then my husband looked into it it is a scam.
