Took 2 months to get answer from bestofoot (their website is bestofoot). They say in transit then said delivered but was not gave me tracking number it was not a usps number. I lost $85.00 on this order. The email I used to contact them is [email protected].

I placed my order on February 6th, 2024 and was promised delivery between February 14-16th, 2024. Their website, promises to be very responsive to any issues or questions. It had an email on the website, but I never realized there is no phone number listed.

My sneakers were never delivered. When I emailed them 4 times on separate dates beyond the delivery date, asking for an update on my delivery, all of my requests went unanswered.

NOTE: To file this report, I had no phone number from this company to list, but the ScamPulse.com website forced me to use 999-999-9999 in order to complete my filing.
