Hello! Yes I too ordered 3 sets, large and small for grandkids for Christmas! [censored], [censored], [censored]! What's funny is that my bank usually doesn't approve of a transaction if they believe it's a scam. Well this went through. I got the, your order is being processed, then nothing. I've sent to the email, the support email, FB page, messenger page. I set up an account on their website, nothing. So I'm out $87.30 3 times over $261.90. And the grandkids never got their gift. ???

Power wheels for adults- never received

I bought two of these at 46.99 a piece in November 21. I still have yet to receive them. I tried to call the number my credit card company gave me and it was disconnected. I had tried emailing after recieving the tracking number to find out what service they used. I got no response. December I tried emailing them again no response. January I got that the mail was full and another stating it was busy to retry the email. I ended up going to my cc company to fight both charges.

I place my order back November the 11th for two of the bumper car and then again on December 2nd for two more. For a total of four in all, I have yet to receive my order. I have sent countless emails but no one has responded to me. There is not a number that I can contact, at this point I just want my money back and for these people to be held accountable.

I ordered a product from this website bettychild.com it was 39.99 and they said shipping would be 7 to 12 days. This was in December it is now January 2022 and I've still not received it forget a tracking number and it says it was delivered to a house in Duluth Minnesota I live in Missouri. I've tried to email the support number but all I get is a email and return says error cannot send messages to this email. Although 40 bucks isn't a lot of money it happened at Christmas and I want my money back these people that do these types of things should go to jail. If anyone can help me get my money back please feel free to email me at [email protected]

I place a order on 101021 got a email stating that my order was received on 1011212 never got my order this is 012022 now I left my name and phone number my next step is calling my credit card to let them know that I never receive my order but they took my money this is sad

On November 2, 2020, I order two of the electric riding toys for my grandsons. I received an email that my order had been received and was being process, but nothing saying that it had or was going to be shipped. I ordered early to avoid the Christmas rush and received nothing. Today is January 19, 2021 and I have not received my order nor can I get in contact with these people. I paid almost $80 to these crooks. If there is anyway that I can get my money refunded, please let me know what I need to do to get my refund.

I ordered my stuff from them 12/10/2021 and still haven't gotten it on top of all the emails I have sent with no response they don't have a number you can call just scamming people out of their hard earned money they claim in a email my order was shipped it was for Christmas for my girls yet now they are sad because they never gotten them and now I have to tell them that it was a scam and it never shipped out of China just sitting in transit. I ordered two of the power wheel cars $77.30 they robbed me for. Never ordering from overseas again.
