Betty Childe is a company that advertises electric cars for kids, I saw the advertisement on Facebook. I placed an order in Nov 2021 and still have not received my order. The support email address on their website bounces back and says the inbox is full. There are no other contact methods listed on the website.

I ordered 2 power wheel battery powered vehicle's from bettychilde and never received them or my money back. I would like to have my money back, it was already taken out of my account!

I ordered on Oct. 3rd, 2021. Never received the product. Tried to reach them through email. No reply. Kept trying. Finally received an automated email stating they would refund my money but it would take up to three weeks. After three weeks I tried to contact them again, no reply. Finally I tried once again on 1/12/22, got the same automated message saying I would receive a refund but it would take up to 3 weeks. Total Scam.

I ordered one of these cars for my granddaughter on the 14th of December. The only thing I have gotten from them is saying they have process and is sending my merchandise. Gave me a tracking number but no company to track it through. I get no response. I have emailed several time and still no response. I hope they catch these people and put them away. They have learned a lot of children's holidays. We'll take the advice and go to my bank.

I had ordered two of the battery cars for my children for Christmas and when I us tracking number says it was delivered but I never got anything been checking daily and still nothing.Tryed emailing them and got no response I'm very upset. Today when I tracked it it now says two to three days the days keep moving it's been over a month Spence I ordered them

Ordered 2 of the cars for my daughter n grandson for Christmas. Still didn't get them. Out $97.30. According to their tracking it was delivered but the USPS said it was not my name, address n it only weighed 3 Oz. So disappointed.

Christmas gift never received 2021

I placed my order December 8, 2021. They said it would take no more than 15 business days to receive it... A week went by and still nothing, so I managed to email them and tried to call and still no response... It is now been a month and still nothing so I called my bank to dispute the transaction... Whoever these creeps are I hope and pray that they get caught because they're stealing our hard earned money...

I am not reading the reviews. I also ordered this hot wheel for my grandson. I have not received it and have no way of contacting customer support. I thank we all need to report this to Facebook so they can take this site down. I also thank we all need to report it to the better business bureau.
