I ordered my baby two of these rides for Christmas on the Black Friday did not receive it can't get in contact with them and their website there's no website now I don't know what to do because I'm out of my money and my daughter is out of her toys

I purchased 2 battery operated go carts for my grand children and didn't receive it. It's now the 5th of January. I contacted Australia post the tracking number was another person's and I'm out of pocket $110. I have tried emailing and they won't respond to me. So angry ?

Christmas Deals!!!

I ordered this item pictured below for a Christmas gift for my grandson. My account was charged as you can see in picture below. I never received the item. The first 3 emails I sent to the company went through. The next few times I would try to email the company to try and get information about my order, the email kept coming back as “unable to send”. I have tried calling our local TV station that investigates these sort of issues. They are so back logged they have been unable to help as of yet. All I really want is my money back.

Single mom fuming

I bought my son an electric car 2November 2021.
Received my tracing number. When I started to track my order, it was heading to Australia! I live in South Africa… what in the HELLLLLL!
I am not a vengeful person by nature, but I hope you rot in hell for taking our money.
I had to work 2 jobs to buy this for my baby, I know 50 dollars does not sound like much to people, but it is in my currency. Facebook, please don't allow these people to advertise on your platform

It was suppose to be for a Christmas present for my daughter-and guess what still yet have not received it…….. so come to find out that y’all are scammers and y’all are wrong for taking peoples money on this fake website that’s not legit!
