Scammer advertises rifle optics for auction on a site called HiBid.com. I won an auction for an item 09-11-2024 and was then told it would take 30 days to ship. I reached out after 30+ days and the scammer replied it would ship soon.

It has not shipped as of 11-08-2024 and the scammer is non-responsive.
