I’ve been getting a lot of Text messages from scammers lately. I don’t reply because I haven’t applied for any positions. Even if you have been looking for work, once you put your information into a job search, your information is available to scammers also. Never go to WhatsApp always check the number or email address to ensure it’s a legit business not in another country. This Text came over from this email address [email protected]. Not even a phone number.

Hello, good morning! I'm Emily, a customer service agent at Bonanza, and your resume has been recommended by several online recruiting companies. Therefore, our company is offering you a remote online job, which is a great remote part-time/full-time online job helping Bonanza merchants update data, increase visibility and bookings, and providing free training. Work for 60 to 90 minutes (depending on your schedule) and earn $50 to $500 per day if you wish. Base salary is $1,000 for every 4 days worked. 5-day paid probation period, after which you can sign an employment contract with the company and receive paid annual leave: plus maternity, paternity and other legal holidays. If you would like to participate, please send a message to this number +14156059000

(Note: you must be 21 and over)

A person named “Emily” had texted me saying that they found my resume through recruiting companies and was offering a salary of $1,000/every four days which sounded insane to me.

I received an iMessage at 7:58 AM today from Emily who claimed to be a customer service representative at Bonanza. The prompt is the exact same as indicated in this report. They offered a ridiculous salary ($1000/wk) in exchange for “helping agents update data.” I did not respond.

I was contacted about a customer service position that works on a salary as well as a bonus platform. Once I had registered with the site I immediately saw that they would be asking me to make purchases but would "help me solve these problems". As soon as I texted back I believe this to be fraud on WhatsApp the trainer "Emily" texted me "goodbye". I am concerned others will take the bait believing this scam to be the answers to their economic stress and will be worse off for having participated.

A random phone number messaged me with two text messages. They are: "Hello Friend, I'm Anne, Recruitment Staff at Bonanza and we are looking for full time and freelance positions to work with us in the company" "Can I send the job to you first and then decide later?"

Just asked to message a certain phone number if interested.

I was offered a work from home job that was said to pay $1,000 for 4 days. The “job” requires a deposit of $101 to start and an any time may require more money before you are allowed to withdraw your money. I completed all my work and was told in order to get my $8500 off I had to send $4200, once I did this I was told I have to send an additional $6,000. I was instructed that if I told everyone would deny the existence of this “job”.

He offered me a job from home, super easy and asked me for $40, then I was working for 3 days supposedly earning money until they put the account for the supposed job in negative and I had to put in $211 more.

Company tells you you will be doing product ratings for Bonanza priducts. You are required to complete 3 tasks of 30, so 90 priduct ratings a day and you get paid by commission for each rating amd for everyday you complete 3, you get a "salary" $50 per day amd the more days you do it the higher the pay. You could make 5-6k per month os the selling feature, just for evaluating 90 gproducts.

Seemed to good to be true and was. They train you on $100 which you fund with Crypto, should have been my first warning, why would Bonanza who you are told you work for would require your own capital, but it was only $100, so day 1 went well, ade some commission. Day 2, was hot with something called a combination and had to fund up above the $100, which was maybe double, but was largely on profits, so I funded it and got my money back and the commissions. Day 3 is where the scam kicked into high gear. They provide you other who do the same work and are in a chat. The task of 30, each had 3 combinations and each one required funding more, but since the day before I got the 850 back, figured the 1700 I would get back and then a combination hit again and was asked to fund again, this time 4800, I told them I could not afford it, and needed a couple of days they said sure no problem, got a discount from Bonanza vendor of 500 on the product, the next day the trainer said they would pay 500, so just needed to find rough and you get your money back and the higher commissions and etc. However, they then twll you that your raying has dipped below 100, so you have to either match the funds that are there, 4800 or do another bath of 30 that will have these combinations and could cost even more than matching. I told them I am out and have no money and they stick to the story. The money is safe, and I just have to pay another 4800 and will 9600 back plus another commision. I continue to get calls asking if I can get the funding. I suspecred the whole time it was a scam, but with several kids in college was blinded and when it worked the 1st few times and got my money back and was making a few bucks, I was the sucker.

I placed a purchase for 2 Adobe Acrobat XI Professional for Windows software discs from Bonanza's website. The seller was Oracle_Technologies' booth New York, NY. I did receive the discs but they were obviously bootleg copies with a fake Adobe sticker on them. And there was no authorization code included so I knew right away it was a scam. I tried contacting Oracle Technologies at least 6 times and never heard anything back. I then started contacting Bonanza and Katie G. at [email protected] is the only way they say I can contact them. I would get endless emails saying I needed to talk to Amazon Pay about the transaction but Amazon Pay did not even have the transaction number in their system. A week after placing the order my Credit Card was compromised and I had to cancel the card because there were fraudulent charges coming onto it because of this scam. My email address was also shared with numerous vendors because I now get at least 30+ scam emails a day, mostly sex relate sites. Bonanza is a bad site with bad people operating it. Saty far away! Still no help from Bonanza and they say they do not have a phone number to contact them at so I am left with no choice but to file a complaint. The crazy thing is that Bonanza still allows the seller "Oracle technologies" to continue to sell on their site. BONANZA IS ONE BIG SCAM!
