They make you pay to start the process making it seem as those it’s just a few fees that are required by government and ports, and then make you slowly pay for this fee, then that fee, finally after there’s no return at a point after deciding to proceed with the free trip, they try to bill you for a more expensive trip (the actual start) than if you paid out of pocket on your own. NOTHING was a free vacation or even remotely that as promised and advertised. They say they’ll give me a partial refund only because the time passed to retrieve port/cruise/government fees. We’ll see if they do even that. I guess along the way I figured that since it was a giveaway from a mall, it was real. And the website showing Trip Assurance and Edison Vacations seemed like it was a small travel company that arranges this. I also didn’t find anything in ScamPulse.com scams either. But I’m letting folks know now!
