I booked a reservation through Bookonline (secure2.bookonline.com/Res/) and called the hotel to confirm and the hotel had no record of my reservation. I ended up needing to cancel four days before which was before the cancelatiion policy. The compoany claimed things like, "the cancellation wasn't accepted". Then days later it was, "the hotel was reached and they didn't approve the cancellation". They claimed they didn't recieve my emails to [email protected] but they responded to it. Customer service had script to say it will be escalted then they will reach out without any other assistance. Reservation was for 1.26.26, cancelled on 1.22.26 and as of today 2.17.26 still no refund of the $826.83 I paid.
