We contacted Brighton Lock and Key to rekey two door locks and provide 3 Large head Schlage keys. Our locks were rekeyed and we were told that there was a back order for the large headed keys. We paid for the services provided that day including the large headed keys with the understanding that it would take ~ 2-3 weeks for the keys to arrive. and the services would be completed. They never did arrive I had contact with the individual once at the 3 week mark and was told they had not arrived. Weeks 5,6,7,8 went by then another month and they stopped responding. We went to the business address on two occasions and the doors were locked with a note saying to call a phone number that no one ever answers. I sent a message online and through text and again no response. Yes is was $24.00 but I worked very hard for that $24.00. Given what we have experienced I imagine they have taken much more from others which is why I am filing this complaint to warn others to steer clear of this so called business. Stay away.
