Anthony Curtis CEO of Business Makeover, LLC scammed investor in 2023 directly and colluded with another individual named Brendon Jackson Jones of Masters' Business Alliance Trust defrauding an investor out of a total of $40,000.00. The two presented investments and agreements that were fictious. When the investor noticed he was being defrauded, he simply asked for the money to be returned and both men led him down a dark hole on returning the investment capital. The investor was forced to involve his state Securities Commission where the commission subpoenaed the two men's accounts the monies were sent to and discovered both men never placed the investors' money into any investments yet used the money for personal reasons. Both men received Consent Orders and Cease and Desist Letters from the state Security Commission and ordered to return the funds in which they fraudulently acquired or face state indictments.

April 25, 2023, Anthony Dewayne Curtis gave me a call about a great Private Placement Program investment he was partnering with a man named Anthony Vu on. He told me the program would produce a 200% yield in as little as 72 hours or as long as 21 days. The next day April 26, 2023, he created a contract in which he specifies the 200% yields to be paid out in 30 days that we both signed. The deal was that I would put $20,000.00 USD as a principal payment into the program and would be returned principal plus interest in the amount of $60,000.00 USD in 30 days or less. The profit generation was guaranteed to be $40,000.00 USD. He also created an equity agreement offering me equitable stakes for his share of equity in a ForeEx sub-trading account on the Traders Domain platform as an incentive to participate in the program. He stated that he was receiving around $120,000.00 a month in residual income from his equity stakes tied to the program. He stated an equity agreement with me would guarantee that I receive principal plus interest even if something did not go as expected with the main Private Placement Program. After the first 30 days we had discussions about the program and why I was not paid as agreed in the memorandum of understanding and equity agreement and is when excuses began. He always blamed the man he initially spoke of Anthony Vu and others participating in the program. 3 months later, I asked for my principal funds back and he stated he had already sent a cease-and-desist letter to Anthony Vu to return all funds everyone had invested in the program. He stated he was unable to reach him by phone. Now 4 months after the initial investment, I had an argument with him on the phone on a recorded line where I accused him of breaching our contract and taking my money and it going towards his personal interests. He argued it was untrue but shortly after that call ended, he called me back on a recorded line, confessing that he used $10,000.00 of my money to pay off another investor named Mindy that he owed monies to and used the remaining $10,000.00 for his personal expenses. Additionally, he admitted in this same conversation that the contract was fake and that my money never went into any high yielding program. I informed him that he committed fraud against me and he agreed that it was true. He has since put the responsibility of 3rd party people to return my principal payment back to me. This fraudulent matter would mark the second incident Anthony Dewayne Curtis would involve me in. The first occurred when he introduced me to Brendon Jones who fraudulently misrepresented a program and breached our agreement by not performing as was written in our agreement. To date, I have not received any money towards the $20,000.00 I am owed from Anthony Dewayne Curtis. Since we have known each other personally and our families knowing one another for over 18 years, and given the magnitude of the strategy behind the theft by deception he used to lure me into two separate false programs, I highly suspect this is not his first time doing this and that there are many more victims.
