LED lights

I bought a set of lights through the TikTok shop. The advertisement is false, the product that I received is much different. I have contacted buyfromstates.com and they refused to make a refund. I attached the product that I have received. If you noticed it is powered up through USB. What was advertised was 3m stick on RGB led lights, with a power adapter to plug into a 110v outlet.

Bought counterfeit Merrell boots from BuyFromStates.com and they won't give a full refund.

I saw the advertisement for Merrell Boots on sale on BuyFromStates.com and purchased them. When I received them, it was clear that they were not Merrell boots. I checked the product on Amazon and they are a different product and actually cheaper on Amazon that I was charged for them. I checked online and found an Inquirer Business Newspaper article on this scam. I requested my money back and was told I received the article I had ordered. I told them this was a scam and they offered me 30% off my next purchase. I filed a complaint with Paypal and so far the seller, listed as Japoco Pte. Ltd. has only offered an addition refund of 5%. I don't want the boots. They are counterfeit. I want my money back for the $60 I lost. I will return them IF there is no return shipping fee to me.

Advertisement came up on Instagram for Merrell shoes on sale. I bought and immediately received a credit card notice for International Charge which I was surprised. I received shoes that were a cheap knockout..fit bad, no support and they are not Merrell. Say "Fashion" on them. They are refusing to accept a return and claim that I received what I bought, Bait and switch.
