Got a telegram conversation with the ceo of c2cx “Scott Freeman”, he was talking about a scripted bot that trades your money, promising a 4% a week which its good, literally a money machine, then I bought it, it was like 0.3 btc, (3k3usd), tried it and guess what happened? I didn’t just lost money, I got scammed because the bot doesn’t actually “trades”, it just buy stuff and holds for 2 weeks then dumps it. Got in contact with him again, he said it was the wrong one and I felt belief, then when I tried to contact him asking for the new bot again he blocked me.

A guy called Scott Freeman was supposed to do a job for me, I paid him about $4k in total for him to give me a trading bot license, I trusted him because he contacted me privatly and he's a well known CEO of a crypto exchange C2CX in China and a group called IT Resources. The way it happend is that he promises a incoming profits weekly, like 3-4% a week, then he shows you proof of the bot making "profitable trades" and when he sells you the bot, is acutally garbage and doesnt work, then he proceds to block you.

Hello, I wanted to share with you an issue I had with a guy called Scott Freeman, he offered me an “investment opportunity” of a trading bot license he was selling, he promised me the bot is profitable and makes 3% a week of the stack trading, which I found really good because of my job and family I got not time to trade, so I agreed and paid him 3k for de license, and putted 3 btc on the bot to trade. A months later that amount turned in 2.4 btc, which is really bad, told him about this and he said I was laying that his bot works really good then I told him I didn’t want the bot because im just losing money with it, he blocked me.

C2CX is using ad’s in social media recommending and telling people to sing up in their crypto exchange, that they will be giving btc away when you join their exchange and trade. I got interested so I registered and deposited, I couldn’t believe it at first, they gave me 0.04 BTC (that’s like 350$), it looks that they “gave me 20% of my deposit because It was 1750$ which felt very good. One day I heard about some IEO on other exchange and I wanted to withdraw the money but there’s no way to get it back, they just don’t give the money that was supposed to be in your account as soon as you long in, you can’t even withdraw the money you deposited in the first place. Had 2k in the account, so I was trying to get it back with a call to their team, I did, and they didn’t even know what I was talking about, they said that promo isn’t from them but from the CEO, that I should contact him. Later I found out that I’m not the only one, on their telegram group “C2CX English”. There’s a lot of people having the same situation and we all grouped up to report this.

I went through C2CX obtuse setup to sign in (that goes against everything bitcoin is about but whatever) and I bought a big bag of a coin called TNB with 1.2 BTC I transferred, they assured the fees were FREE. Then I saw my balance immediately and saw that I had lost 0.18 btc (like 1600$) of the value (15% of my trade). I emailed them about it and they said that they use a special rate for btc transactions that they don't tell the consumer, and that it’s my responsibility to check how much BTC I'm getting when I do the trade through their exchange that said the fees are free which is [censored]ed, how would I know this? IMO this was classic bait just to get people to register and steal their crypto, this not explained ANYWHERE on their website. False advertising and a scam.

Scott freeman, C2CX CEO and the head of an IT Resources team, contacted me to invest on a ICO poll he was doing, I’ve known him for a good time now, we’ve made good business together so I trusted him with this one. He told me he would invest the money and guaranteed me 20% of my investment, so Imagine being me, I took a loan for this and putted almost 50k into this opportunity. I didn’t even know the project, I closed my eye and believed in this guy, well turns out he scammed us, he took the money and said he would returned in November, IMO I think he lost the money in another *** and just cant pay it back, so unfair at this point because you don’t really know if this is true, but I don’t believe him.

C2CX stole me over $13,000 USD from me, they have held my money for over 2 months now. They claimed to send it back to me but they never did. I asked them to investigate and it took months with dozens of messages for them to respond and say to have problems with the UI or something. I’ve not seen any progress at this point so looked in to their telegram group and there was a girl called Arong Xu trying to help calm all the people that was with similar issues. She did nothing and a guy called Scott Freeman said on their group he would help, private messaged him and explained my case, just went he saw the message blocked me and banned me from the group. I then went again with another account just to tell them I would sue if I don’t get help, banned again.

Everything at C2CX was smooth and easy to use when I signed up, then I could not even log in after making a deposit and not even to let me trade. I have $30,000 frozen and support says to be patient, that “they are working on it”. Every email I send they have not responded till this day, tried to call them and it took more than 1 hour to to get answered just to tell me the same, that I’m on the list or something but they didn’t even give a solution or timeframe for this inconvenience. Its been a month now and I’ve tried everything believe me, even went to their telegram group and its just chaos, a lot of people complaining about similar withdraws problems and accusing that the exchange is a total scam.

Recently after I deposited more than 6200$ btc and then tried to verify my account because you cant withdraw until that, so I sent them my passport and my selfie with passport in hand, then they disabled my account and sent me a email saying “you have to give you ID and address too”. I did, but nothing happened, I tried to email them again asking when was I able to withdraw but they didn’t respond so called them to a chinese number, told them about my problem and I was instantly hanged up and blocked because I tried to call again and the call was not ringing. Since then been trying to spread the word in their telegram group, Scott freeman contacted me by private message, asking about my issue, told him about it and he told me that my account didn’t exist, at this I was mad and told him to give me my money back before I went to the police, yes, he blocked me. Now this guy has my personal information and money, I feel so bad and scared because a friend told me that he uses the information to sell to Russian people, im screwed.

After months trading normally, C2CX exchange disabled my account 24 days ago, without notice and freeze all my assets without any possibility of moving them. They have all my personal info, passport, selfie, mobile, checked & approved. Looks like I’m targeted this time, read about people talking about the same or similar issues, Scott Freeman behind this website, a guy that has been scamming and stealing people personal information to sell, not just in crypto with his company called IT Resources too. No response at all from him or his team, they don’t responded emails, tweets or calls.

I used this C2CX Exchange to buy GALT token. To do so I decided I was going to sell my fun fair tokens. At the time fun fair was training for around $0.06 a coin. I guess this is my fault because I figured C2CX would be trading for the fair market value of the coin. So, I sold without calculating, I knew before I sold them I should have ended up with about $500 worth of btc. It was after I sold them I realized I only ended up with about $300 worth of btc. I then did the math and realized they gave me less than $0.04 a token for my fun fair after realizing what happened I decided I was going to buy my fun fair back. But to buy it back they were charging $0.08 a token. Then tried to withdraw it and pf, the site said that I had balance, didn’t even understood what was going on, emailed them and they said I don’t even have and account… what? in conclusion first these guys steal my coins because there is not liquidity and then “delete” my account with everything in.

Last month, I was suddenly having trouble in logging into my C2CX account, only to find out few days later, my account was “hacked”. All my coins were sold and then withdrew all my balance from my wallet without any confirmation. Normally, in the past, it needed my withdrawal confirmation from my email before a withdrawal was made, but not this time. Withdrawal was made without my email approval. I always check my email, so I did not know why C2CX were not sending me all these activities in my email. However, the IP address of the “hacker”, after backtracking the login data was from China, so very different from my regular ip address. At first, I thought it was just them logging in to give a “customer check”, but C2CX simply disabled my account after all my tokens were stolen. I thought it was really a hack, but then I made my investigation and found out that the wallet that the tokens were sent, was from C2CX. Then I found out that Scott Freeman that is C2C is known by been doing this kind of activities before, this is his BTC address were he sent my bitcoins: 3K4LwCa5PDWK68Hf5TvmMoqxC428grGMMF , I lost all my bitcoins (about 9 units) which was worth about 76K.

I have been trading crypto for several years. I had over 30k Skycoin (48,900$) on c2cx, I have two factor authentications, I have three different passwords used for withdraws. All the sudden I got “robbed” by an IP address in Beijing and I am in Texas. I received and email stating I requested api keys and asked if I wanted to confirm the email. I did not confirm the email went to my account and someone had by passed the two-factor authentication, figured out the three passwords and somehow managed to get my email. This is an inside job and a total scam. Hacked two factor confirmed email and figure out three passwords and confirm the email. The emails I got from C2CX sounded [censored]ed “if you didn’t ask for this and don’t confirm”. Call them to their offices and no one could help me, tried to contact their CEO via telegram, the guy by the name of Scott Freeman didn’t even responds.

Three weeks ago, I deposited 1.6btc (12842$) on C2CX to buy some tokens but the price went up too much, so I wanted to withdraw my 1.6btc back to personal wallet, when I pushed the withdrawal button my eth disappeared there is no TXid or on status operation it says confirmed. I didn’t even put my wallet address so contacted Aroung Xu, she’s an admin on C2CX telegram, she told to give her 3 days to get the bug fixed. It never happened, I got banned from the group, so I never got my eth back, send them five support tickets and got no answer till this day. I’ve been reading a lot and look her up on Facebook, she’s Scott Freeman wife… then all made sense, Scott Freeman is a known scammer that not only steals money, personal information too. He scams people with his other company too, “IT Resources”.

Made a deposit of 0.8 btc in my C2CX account and the balance doesn’t show up. First support ticket response is quick. From there on forth, I haven't heard anything in over a month now. Frustratingly enough, any new support tickets are closed immediately, yet they can't even provide a "we're still working on it, don't worry" update on my missing deposit ticket. Honestly feels like I lost it all, looked up some reviews about the exchange and as a matter of fact saw that their CEO Scott Freeman, takes advantage of their clients with the money on his exchange and sharing private information to Russian people, like wtf how is this guy’s still free going around stealing from people? unbelievable from him, for all I know my money's in limbo and they won't help get it back.

This is nothing else but a half-baked scam operation, providing extremely bad service for most customers and stealing from the rest if they can get away with it. Did my research and saw that there’s a lot of people suffering by the same kind of scam they did to me, customers’ accounts been locked, mine did with almost 4k, trusted their CEO that has been giving promotions and adds about C2CX, but he just ends up scamming and ghosting people. Their extremely poor rating everywhere speaks enough about all the bad experiences so many people have to go through, disgraceful and shameless criminals.

ICO was promoted by the CEO of C2CX Scott Freeman, he offered the deal by their telegram group and I liked it, got interested and gave him half of 1btc that’s like 3500$. After 3 weeks of waiting, I started to get worried, so I tried to contact him on their telegram group and I got instant kicked, then tried to contact him by personal message and he blocked me. I was also pressurized constantly by different ads, emails and referral links daily to invest more money in this ICO. I could not get what I had invested, and they wanted me to invest more which is [censored]ed and abusive.

Criminals and Liars. This website is disgusting, they stole XRP from me and my friend, pretending they could not find a record of the transaction sent, which never arrived at my friend's wallet. We have been emailing them for weeks and dozens of times, provide them with transaction Hash and screenshots from my wallet and all the records we could possibly show, and they kept lying and asking for more information and more screenshots and transaction Hash, even though it was sent in first inquiry. This our last hope, we will be reporting these guys till we get our money back, this is seriously something to act on, please help us.

Started trading a small amount of money at C2CX and didn’t face any issues, but as soon as I made profit and my money grew, tried to withdraw my funds and they locked me. Went thru an endless ride called KYC/AML process which involve supplying lot of personal information in the form of selfies, passport copies, credit card and bank statements, utility bills, proof of funds…etc, did it for nothing in the end, I’ve never reach them after making the unlock request, and now my hard earned money will stay there perhaps forever; made my research about them and saw that I was not the first one, their ceo life for this, been doing this since 2017 not just stealing money, personal information too.

This crypto exchange “C2CX” suddenly delist a coin without any announcement, got a good amount of this coin called UCASH and I lost a lot of money because of this. They register new coins for a certain period and then put it offline when they have made enough money. The big problem is that there is no other exchange that offers the same coin, so you are stuck with literally useless coins which you can't move out of the exchange. There is no proper support neither, I waited for days for some feedback which usually says, "sorry we can't help you". I don’t know what’s going on, tried to contact their CEO by telegram to see if he could help and he promised me help, but he has not till this day.
