Ordered a product to try. Subscription method only. I’ve tried cancelling since August 2025 and they send the same email “we’ll get back in 2-3 business days” and nothing changes, no one gets back and still take money off your credit card

This website is a scam. They are pretending to be the drink brand Nello. I didn’t realize it until it was too late. Place an order Def 11, 2024 it is now Jan 29, 2025 and the only emails I’m receiving back from them are robot emails stating the order is still in transit and they cannot refund me. Tracking in my end shows it’s in china.
