I get numerous calls every day always different number, guys voice, today it was "Hi I'm calling from a national rent to own company can you hear me ok? I hung up. Always 315 area code.

Called three times today with the "can you hear me now" line, after blurring the conversation about my windows computer having a problem. Told him wrong, I run Linux and asked for the ip of the computer he had a complaint about. That is when the audio blurred. It cleared up, and he ask if I could hear him now. I hung up.

I received a phone call and the recorded person said that they dropped their head set. They asked if I could hear them. I was pre-occupied and I said yes. I realized what I did and hung up. I called back the number and it was a different recording saying if I wanted to be taken off of the list to press 9. I hung up again

Someone called me from this number. I answered the phone, said hello. I could hear someone was there but it wasn't clear. I, out of habit said "yes?" That's when a woman's voice came on saying "sorry, I was having trouble with my headset" and then it went into a recording that I stayed at a hotel and here is a deal for you. I kept saying "not interested" And when I realized it was a recording I hung up since I had heard about the scam.

Call started with a hello from the caller as soon as I said yes they said "oh there you are I was having trouble with my head set and launched in to a per-recorded spiel.

Someone called my work and asked for me by name. Then when they were transferred to my extension, they said my name and I said "yes". Then they hung up.

After saying hello, the caller asked if I was there, to which I responded "Yes" and they began talking about a resort vacation I had won. I realized what happened, and said "No, I do not consent" and they, or a recording, continued talking over me. The caller-id indicated the call came from Hamburg, NY.

you get a phone call from someone, they ask you a question to get you to say YES. they record your voice saying yes and use it to purchase things

Received phone call from above number, answered said "hello", no response, said "yes" and received automated response about adjusting head set, may be a "can you hear me" scan - unsure. Began talking about a resort, immediately hung up. May be an issue in the future, no payment requested st this time

I am uncertain what the company or purpose was, but a woman's voice said "hello?" and I responded "yes?" and then she (automated) said "why hello!" and I hung up.
