They contacted me in regards to renewing a advertising subscription with their directory. I had never heard of the company so I did some digging through our records and found that it was someone who we had never dealt with before. They has information that was readily available online and couldn't tell me much about our company or who they had talked to in the past. Their online directory is always down and when they sent me an "electronic copy" it involved me downloading an application onto my computer which almost resulted in a virus.

This is not a legitimate company and we will not be paying the $600 invoice that came along with it.

This business called and told me that my business had an expired listing and asked if I would like to renew. I assumed they were from the government and said that was fine, they read out my information from their "records" which was our address, phone number, etc...

I recieved an invoice in the mail for $660.44. I tried calling and was told all agents are busy. I looked at their website and there is a lot of misinformation. It's not clear what they do, and they mix up their address often, either its suite 407 or 470. This business doesn't exist anywhere other than their website. When you go to their website they have a "click here to download our app" but one link doesn't work, and the other brings up a directory app in spanish. Their privacy policy is also just placeholder text.

They also sent a CD and USB key which I'm too afraid to open.
