I am a property owner, senior citizen, disabled veteran of my Southside San Antonio, TX property. Rene Rodriguez of Casa Bonita Construction and Remodeling LLC, 6727 Spring Lark, San Antonio, TX (New Number *** *** /previous number *** *** received from me three cashier's checks totaling $54,000 for a home improvement project. The estimated work completed between November 2018 through February 2019 is approximately $22,605. I made communication attempts to be reimbursed $31,305 for materials not made available and work not completed. Last contact was on or about June 4, 2019 via text. Rene Rodriguez of Casa Bonita Construction and Remodeling absconded from the project.
