I ordered items from Cedar an Ash through Facebook. I did receive those items, and although the quality was not as good as I expected, I did get what I ordered. Shortly after this order, I had a charge to the credit card I had used at Cedar and Ash for $29.99 from a company with a similar name, Ash and Hollows. I did not authorize this, and did not have any contact with Ash and Hollows. I did some research and have found that others had the same thing happen to them, and it is in fact a recurring subscription charge for something. I would like to get this taken care of before they charge me again.

I purchased a single cosmetic product from Cedar and Ash. However the invoice was from Ash and Timbers. One month later in March, my bank account was charged $29.99 and again in April another $29.99 charge. I called the number above and after a somewhat heated exchange the lady agreed to refund the entire amount back to my account. Just as described by the other submitter, they were charging me for a membership that I was not aware of nor did I approve of. She said the refund will occur in one to ten business days and said membership was cancelled. So now it's a game of wait and see.

Thought I was ordering makeup from Cedar and Ash but a new debit came out in a different amount and name, Timber and Oaks. That prompted me to google at which point I saw that there were scams going on
