The present themselves as a locator service for electronic devices like phones. They say the charge is only $.99 but once you use the service, which they don't provide, meaning, they don't give you the location of your lost device, they automatically claim you as an account holder even though you didn't sign up for the account. They then charge your charge monthly or even bi-monthly $39.99 even though you're not using the service. Forget canceling it because there is no way to contact them. And Paypal, who collects the money for them has no control over canceling accounts so they are no help.
