My parents were contacted by phone attempting to get their credit card information. they were told that several unauthorized purchases were made using their account. The scammer asked for their credit card number and other information.

It was the most wield and worst experience of calling credit card services just to report loss of chase credit card. I got the number from chase.com website. Later I realized it is doable from website.

After waited 20 minutes, someone picked up. Probably Indian or South Asia accent. First asked all my info from name to address and email and phone. Then asked me for the card number. I explained my card is lost he asked if I had another card on the account. I admitted he asked for my spouse’s card info all digits! Now is the steaming part. He told me these will go through the automated calls again and he can assist when there is a problem. So painfully went through them once more, he said the machine will send me a verification code after 30 seconds. And I should say yes after beep to get the verification number. Then is an add or promotion coupon that will be sent to me in a week. Of course I cannot say yes. I am not dumb. He explained to me again I should say yes to get verification number. And I wa getting angry already. But I had to listen to another promotion ad. And I refused to say yes and [censored]ed him. He hung up.

Is this from chase credit card services? Again the number I called is 1-866-955-9060 I ready worry about my personal info.

Scammer called twice and said they were with Chase and wanted my credit card number I hung up and called Chase they informed me that they had no number that called me. Called ScamPulse.com and they sent the form to fill out.

I received a voicemail message from someone claiming to be from Chase Credit Card Services. He was inquiring about a card I had canceled due to suspicious activity. The contact number he left was different from the Customer Service number listed on my card. I contacted the Chase Customer Service Dept. and they told me they had not contacted me. They informed me it was a scam. He was trying to get my new credit card information.

getting text messages daily about a chase credit card link, one was saying we need 10 minutes of your time click the link, another was there was possible fraudlant activity on your card click the link. i cannot block these and they are fraud.
