These crooks at CHS are total fraudsters. I ordered one bottle of Keto Fast, and they sent three bottles of Keto Fast plus another bottle of something else and instead of billing me 34.95, I'm charged $198.00. I called them, they told me to send them back and they would refund me (a big lie). So, I did mail them all back at my expense. They received them. So then I called them and I ended up calling them about ten times total, asking them where my refund was. They would start talking really fast, almost like they were trying to drown you out and not hear what you were saying. I got absolutely nowhere. They really have a fraud operation going. I tried getting my bank and Visa to understand they frauded me but they didn't understand because this CHS outfit sent them a letter stating I ordered the product, received the product and made it out to look like I wasn't telling the truth. They lied so badly in the letter. Unfortunately, my bank left me hanging, so I'm defrauded almost $200.00 DO NOT do business with these guys- CHS ... (they change their name as frequently as they defraud someone with their phony Facebook Keto Fast advertisements). I hope they eventually get prosecuted.

Same as all the rest my FREE bottle of Keto Fast turned into three withdraws from my account totaling 191.91 returned it immediately with return authorization again Scottsdale Arizona, however withdrawl came from Oklahoma, California and Florida big scam I reported to Consumer Protection Agency, usa/gov/topics/consumer.shtml to be investigated they also recommend Consumer Finance.gov/complaint. I'm doing that next I want to see these people held accountable.

My story is the same with the rest , I ordered 1 bottle of Keto Fast supposed to pay only $34.98 but they charged my credit card for $148.98, $34.98, and $1.99. My mistake I didn’t cancel my card right away. This company charged me again exactly the same amount but used different name as CHS Healthy Mini Store. I disputed this with Visa but I was denied. Their reason the merchant sent them documents stating the charges were correct. The merchant has my record on file in their computer/electronics, their staff can edit, add, and change new amount on my card. I was never been scammed before and it hurts! Has anyone been helped with your Credit card office? Any advise how to fight to get credit back from Visa? HELPED Please! Lara Tetz

J'ai été facturé 308.99 $ ce n'est pas des peanuts et je compte bien avoir un remboursement de ce montant. I ordered KETO from this company back June 6th and cancelled the next day for future orders since they charged me unexpected cleanse, a membership fee and shorted me the free bottle that they advertised. July came around and I got a mysterious charge of $29.95 +/- for a blood pressure monitor that I never ordered or received.

I file a dispute with my card company and CHS provided a tracking number for the shipment. Doing my own research I came onto this page and realized the scam.

The shorted free bottle of keto that I thought that I had received in July was the supposedly blood monitor that CHS charged.

I just sent the supporting info to my bank to try and get the July funds back.

I ordered a sample paying only shipping. All of the sudden I'm charged 239.82 & received a box of the keto product, I did not order or authorize this. Then I call in and I am told to wait 2 months then they will give me a number & address to return product. I wait, do as told, send it back, paying 17.35 and have it certified. I received notice they received it 8/22/20 & I called today to see where my refund is. Amazing, they can not find me anywhere in their system. I gave them all the info they ask and I called two different # and spoke with two different people and they both gave me the same song and dance, they could not find me in the system. Amazing, I was in the system when they sent the product and when they emailed the return information. What a lying SCAM!

My husband ordered some product and it showed free trial so he signed up for it , well sometime later I see where we owed 184 dollars so I made him cancel well he went to the bank and told them it was fraud. Don’t do that just say it was a mistake , well we sent the pills back and I can’t get anyone to deal with the problem and get our money back

I wanted the free sample 7-29-2020 and was charged $149.95. I didn’t complete the purchase because they never showed how much shipping would be. I closed that debit card. After I disputed at bank they sent me these bottles. My bank sent email saying the info they have matches my info. I’m trying to get them to understand that has no relevance when they overcharge. It was an ad on FB.

I already did. I ordered, they sent the wrong stuff, and then they sent the correct and charged me twice. Then they credited me some of it with handling and I paid $15.50 to mail the wrong one back. and I am still being charged. I do not want anything to do with these people.

I ordered keto products. I received the wrong product. I called and couldn't understand the rep but she said she would order the correct one. I received the correct one and I didn't receive anything to send the original order back. So I called again. They said I would receive something in the mail to tell me how to send it back. I did and it cost me $15.50 to send it back. Then they told me they would credit me with so much but it was with handling charges and etc. I said OK I would pay for the original order because that was on me and I didn't want anymore product or to hear from them again. Then I received another bottle so I let them know that I did not want anymore product again or want to hear from them again. Today I got my bank statement and was $9.99 and $24.98. One from July 21 and Aug 5. Please help. I don't know what to do.

I ordered the Keto products on July 13 and then immediately cancelled it. I was given half of the money back within a few days and was told the remaining would be returned if the product wasn't shipped within 30 days. I declined the product and said I'd wait for the refund. I was told I'd receive it by August 11. I called on August 14 and was told that the refund would be issued in a few days. I called today, August 20, and was told that I either had to accept half of the order or nothing. There wouldn't be a refund. The person I talked to today, sounded very old and he would put me on hold and when he came back I'd have to explain the situation again. He wouldn't connect me with a supervisor or manager. At this point, I'd strongly urge anyone to make sure you really want this product since they won't refund any more than half of your money, even if you're not satisfied with the product. I

I have been billed by CHS Premium Keto for products I never received. This company will not allow you to return to their Product. They will not let you cancel their services. However, they will continue to bill you for product you have not received. Beware of CHS Premium Keto aka CHS Serenity Health. They have scammed me for approximately $400.00. I closed my Capital One account, however Capital One still bills me for product I have not received. Just plain fraudulent crooks.

I saw ad on Facebook, wanted to get the free trial, the ordering was misleading. the charges went to three added order , that I did not want, but the charges went though. the total came to $235.67. Did not see the charges till I check bank statements. Call number that was on Facebook to cancel and the only thing canceled was the future pills and meals. Got order, called to send back, got to send back, and call 4 time to check on refund that they said they were going to send though my EMAIL and had not received. It has been close to 1 1/2 months now.

Ordered on 7/23/2020 Was charged 149.95 then 1.99, then 34.98 all on that day. Then randomly on 8/7/2020 was charged 9.99. Reported to the BBB and cancelling my credit card. Thankful it wasn't a debit card but this should get MUCH greater attention.

I want to send all of my bottles back, three keto fast and two keto cleanse. I too am being sent and charged a bottle a month that I did not order. I just canceled my credit card so that can't hit me again. I had heart surgery in May and my cardiologist did not advise me to take the keto. Does anyone know a return address for the product or a good phone number for CHS Premium Keto?

I ordered the 5 bottles for 154.99 and received them but before I could start taking them, I had heart surgery and was told I can't take the pills, They charged me and sent Keto cleanse two months in a row now and I didn't order it nor did I sign up for an automatic refill. I don't know who to contact to make them stop sending the pills and charging my account. any info would be appreciated.

I bought this product in early June before reading the reviews. When I received it, I decided I didn't really need it and returned it. I was assured that this purchase was 100% money back guaranteed. As of today August 4 I have not received a refund. I have called and been hung up on, talked to a Mr. Samson on 7/19/2020 and he assured me that my credit card would be credited. As of today 8/4/2020 there has been no credit to my charge account. This is a fraudulent company! Please don't purchase anything from them!

Reported them to the police and FBI as the FBI is my account and they will research the internet where they are coming from - it s internet credit card fraud and they are vague about their address giving some bogus Acotsdale Arizona address and a PO Box and call themselves worldwide shipping and distribution

I also saw this offer on face book . IT said if you buy one bottle they would send you six .They were running a special for $39. I filled out my imfo and changed my mind .Hit the cancel box . They billed me for $149.95 .SCAM FOR REAL . I called company to cancel ,they said it had shipped already. It had been less then two hours.
I'll report this to the Attorney General and Better business . I also canceled my credit card . I'll never order off face book again.
