The same thing happened to me. I placed an order for one bottle and was then charged an additional $34.98 and $1.99 in addition to the $69.99 for one bottle. I think every one of us should report them to the Attorney General. They are price gouging and stealing. Have any of you thought about calling them back and threatening to report them to the Attorney General to see if they would return your money? I cancelled my credit card so they couldn't continue to hit my account.

I do believe I agreed to pay for the keto at 1.99 and the cleanse at like $20 something but no way did I agree to $105 total but got charged that. I received the cleanse not sure about the keto it may be here somewhere the cleanse is ok not great. Not saying there is an issue necessarily with the product but I guess I threw away the packaging and there is no number to call them on my bank account so how can I cancel them?! Obviously I am not using them if I can’t even locate the bottles (I think two bottles not three and have no idea what the third charge was for). Please STOP taking money from my account!
I purchased some ‘KetoFast” from you and paid full price for them!
I did not ask for you to continue to take money from me! This is the second month - with a different “name” taking money from me.

I bought what I thought was a trail bottle of a Keto product for 1.99. The trail bottle arrived along with a package of four other bottle as well as a charge pf 34.98 and a charge of 198.70. I found no information to contact them so I just mailed the package back to the return address on the package with a not to cancel the subscription and a refund because I did not order these products. I track the package and it was delivered. I haven't heard from the company about the returned merchandise nor have I gotten a refund. I don't have a way to contact them and now they have charged my account again in the amount of 24.98. Please do not engage with this company. I f you have any way to contact Please contact me. The amounts you are referencing are the same amounts that I have found on my credit card. But there are different phone numbers.

I am just getting ready to call these jokers so I can't tell you if they are valid numbers or not. I have had this happen one time before and my credit card company took care of it. This is ridiculous!

I ordered Keto Fast and then was also charged for the cleanse that I did not order but they did send it. Then they charged me another $1.99 for nothing and now another $9.99 for nothing. I cannot find there phone number. I was able to find it a month ago when I argued about the $34.99 for the cleanse, they did say I can return it but by the time you pay shipping and the $5.00 it just didn't seem worth the headache.

I called CHS and the girl that answered said that I could not cancel as there was an agreement that once you signed up and ordered that you could not cancel (I sure do not remember that!). I decided that since I spent the money I would try the product, well no that has not happened as I have not even received the product! And now I received another amount on my bank account for $24.98 which I did not authorize. These are defiantly scammers, they need to be stopped!

I also ordered the 1st of June and thought I was ordering just the sample bottle. Well I was shocked when I found all these charges in my bank account. I called my bank to cancel these charges but they said I couldn't do that since I used the debit card. I called CHS's # and they finally answered but she told me I could not cancel as it was in the agreement (where was that as I did not remember seeing that?) She said she could give me back some money only. I did not do that as I was so upset with getting charged so much money. So I thought I would just get what I paid for, NO I have not received a thing and just got charged for $24.95 in my bank acc. and this time no phone #. I am not sure what I am going to do yet as it is a holiday, but guess I will have to do what was suggested and cancel my card. They are definitely scammer and I fell for it! Again buyer beware!

I bought one from an ad featuring Oprah Winfrey for 39.95 they made offers to by more bottles which I thought I declined, charged my account on my Social Security card for $295.67. I was able to destroy that card and order another before they could charge me again, They failed to send me a confirmation number to my mobile email address so I have no record of my purchase with them other than my debit card provider Direct Express. I filed a complaint with them which was denied by the credit card company. The credit card company gave me a phone number and the name of the company I purchased the one bottle from. Phone number is 833-955-0079.They do not answer the phone. I get a busy signal or an error code that says I dialed the number in error. To date I have been unable to contact this company They sent the order which is not what I ordered and I sent it back demanding they put the money back on my account. I have also filed mail fraud charges against this company. My credit card company says they have received a lot of complaints about this company I want my 295.67 back'.

Like everyone else I was charged 3 separate amounts, finally received 5 bottles and 1 bottle of Keto cleanse. Now they pulled $9.99 from my account and I never authorized it. With all the complaints I read I plan to close my debit card account to stop them from automatically taking money out of my account. By the way, the 3 initial amounts were taken out at the beginning of June and the $9.99 charge cleared today, also in June. Very scary! Scammers!

Ordered my free bottle on 6/2/2020, got charged $149.91 + $345.98 + $1.99, then on 6/17/2020 got charged $9.99. Called on 6/17/2020 and said I was not paying any of those charges … they said it was subscription, plus membership plus product, and I told them that in no place was that mentioned ! That I wanted my money back or IO was going to file a claim and deny all charges. To please get me off an y reoccurrence and to give full credit back, ….. still waiting for the confirmation email they said I would get and still no credit. Filling with my AMEX card a complaint of charges not authorized. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

I ordered Keto supplements online that were advertised on FB. I signed up to get buy $99.00 worth with a coupon. I was charged $159.94 + $34.98 + $1.98. I tried to call them. They hang up and or keep saying "Hello" like they don't hear me...I have called several times to talk to someone to no availe. My bank said to try to get in contact with them and if nothing results, we will file a dispute, but since I authorized the payment, they couldn't do anything unless they don't refund my money or send me any product. I have not even received a shipping confirmation. It evidently is a scam on FB.
