I also had a bad experience with them. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone at the number either. I thought I was buying the Keto Supplements buy 3, and get 2 free. A coupon popped up for $99.00 when I was going to go off the website...so at that savings, I decided to order. Needless to say, I was charged $154 plus $34.98, plus $1.98 on my debit card. I have no product and no shipping confirmation. I tried to get my bank to stop it right away but since I authorized the payment, they said to get ahold of them. I now have to file a dispute with my bank. Too bad I didn't see this information before I ordered. Scammers!

May 15th I saw an advertisement on Facebook which was showing the CHS Premium Keto pills. I placed an order Was charged $34.98, and also charged $198.70. I tried too call but it just said stay on line someone will be with you shortly. I waited and waited and no one ever answered so I hung up. I figured I'd wait a week or two too see what happens and after a week or two I received them. On June 12th I received a charge for $34.98 again from this company, I called the 833-955-0079 number and to my amazement someone answered. I told them that I saw a charge in my account from them For the total above and would like them to cancel that order and return my money to my account. The gentleman said that he already sent the order out and that when I get it I'm to send it back with the confirmation number he gave me, and then when he receives the product back he will return my money to my account. Well I still haven't seen the product arrive in the mail and it is June 18th, and tried to call this number again and it said this number ( 833-955-0079) is no longer receiving calls from cell phones only landlines. Hmmm?. I don't think I'll be able to get my money back,But well see. Well he got my money, and he won't get anymore from me, cause I'm going to close my account. And I suggest others do this too so this crook doesn't take anymore money from you.

Do you still have an order number? I believe this is the same outfit I just dealt with. I ordered from a company called Keto FAst. I had an online chat with this dude who said it was just shipped out today (ordered on June 16) so I would have to send it back when it arrived and they would give me full credit for it. I was not very nice to him...LOL.. he said they didn't ship for a month due to Covid? It was charged on my credit card as CHS Pure Health, CHS Keto STop - phone on my CC shows 844-666-0778.

I bought CHS PREMIUM KETO for $154.94 on May 12,2020. I have never received the product. i have been charged $154.94 then a reaccuring charge of $ 34.98 over two months. it was an online purchase. When I try to call, the phone rings once then goes dead.

I had a pop up ad on Instagram for keto diet pills and it was buy 3 get 2 free. So I ordered it and got charged more than what was said on website, and when I called, the guy didn't even say hello this is CHS premium keto when he answered the phone. He said hello? So I questioned him to the charges and he credited me back 69.98$. Now I was charged another 9.99$ the phone number is no good, and I can't find a website and I still have received any keto pills I ordered in the first place. I'm so angry. Please everyone, don't buy anything on Instagram or Facebook.
