I came home to find a flyer from Infinity(Comcast)with "we need your help!" on the cover. Inside it mentioned there was a problem with my service and to call this number 1-800-427-0106. I was suspicious at first because our internet service works great. I then thought maybe they were talking about the loose cable out at the telephone pole. So I called the number and the man that answered said a technician had came to my house and detected a problem. The man on the phone could not tell me what the problem was but insisted I needed to schedule a service call to find out what the problem is. I told him the Internet service works great. He still insisted when I refused service and said I may experience a drop in service. I then asked him if they were going to come and fix the loose cable wire out at the pole. He said I would have to contact customer service for that because he was the billing department. I again refused service and ended the call.
