I thought I was ordering comfrt brand items from their website. They sent me tracking and I was following it, said package was delivered and it never was. Said they were going to resend my package, again never got delivered. Then they told me they would give me a refund for the $28.00 I lost, they took down the site so I couldn't see my order anymore. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but got no real help.

I ordered through TikTok and paid with Apple Pay. I contacted the company when I didn’t receive a confirmation email and they sent me my tracking information. I tracked my product the whole time from China through California and then it said it was delivered. Nothing was there. I contacted the company again told them what happened. Prove that I paid for it and then never heard from him again. I’ve contacted them several times since then, and they will not answer.

Ordered products and supposedly they were delivered but they never were. When i reached out about it customer service tried really hard to take no responsibility and then finally they said i would get a full refund. Well that was two months ago and still nothing. So in total its been about four months since purchase and have recieved no products or a refund

This was a link from Instagram. They have advertisements, several times a day. The instagram post has a link to order. This was supposed to be like 75% off. Anyway, I made selections, paid. I made the purchase in late August. I emailed their customer service. They made two claims, which turned out to be lies, including: 1) that the package had been delivered; then, they claimed to have sent out another order to replace it. They claimed that that was delivered and it wasn't. After several weeks and two months of back and forth, and two "deliveries." They then claimed to give a refund, which they never did.
