They send you an urgent notice saying that you are behind and you need to act quickly and it’s about an automobile repair insurance or something. They sent it to my wife and she doesn’t even have a car.

Received a text offering money to advertise by getting my vehicle wrapped. Then an email with a link to fill out some info on the vehicle and my address so they could send checks. Seemed a little fishy so I googled it and apparently it's a scam where they send you fake checks to deposit and then you pay someone out of your account.

I’m on FB and this ad pops up stating that I won something. I was stupid enough to think it was true. I was sent a watch. Only charged $1.06. But then a month later another watch came and when I got my cc bill I was charged over $100. The company wouldn’t refund my. Obey so I got my bank involved.

Got a letter stating my car's factory warrenty will expire and I am at risk of being financially responsible, with a sticker shock of $12914.75.

I received a phone call from a blocked number. I answered it and a computerized female voice stated that this was AT&T calling and that my account had been suspended. I was then provided two options. Press 1 to correct the mistake and Press 2 to speak to a customer service agent. I hung up and called AT&T directly and confirmed that this was not the case.

I went on their website to purchase discounted Pandora products. As soon as I entered in my credit card information, the website discontinued to work to continue purchase. It will continue to let you go on main site to continue shopping though. Now, every time I try to look at my cart, an error message pops up and I cannot take my credit card information out. Now I guess I'll have to cancel my card.

I received a call this morning stating there was a security breach on my internet service - it was a recording. I pressed 1 to be able to talk to someone and when I asked questions they just hung up. The phone number showed it was AT & T's legitimate number. I called AT & T at their legitimate number (800-288-2020) and was told AT & T does not call; they would send a letter -- so I guess that number was spoofed.

AT & T called me 5 times today starting at 9:00 AM. It was a recording that states if you want to talk someone press 1; press 2 if you want to hang up. I pressed 1 and spoke to a guy with a foreign accent - I could not understand him - something about an internet service has been hacked in our area. I do not have internet service/computer. I could not understand him so I hung up.

I received a phone call last night and the number that showed up on the caller id was my own cell number. I answered it and a recording began saying that this was AT&T calling due to my account being compromised. The recording was asking that to verify my account I needed to provide my social security number. I know this to be a scam/phishing call. I had put my call on speaker so that my husband could hear the recording as well. When I hung up, my husband said that he had received three calls earlier in the day of the same nature. He said that his own number was calling him and all three times the recording said that it was AT&T calling and that our account had been compromised and he needed to provide his social security number to verify the account. We are no longer AT&T customers as we cancelled all of our services with them in March.
