so this company send by mail a document exactly the same as the one send by the division of corporation to renew it every year and is the same amount for $155.00 to send them but when you call them is a private company offering their services to file corporate documents, but it doesn't say that in the document that they are sending to the people and it doesn't say anywhere that it is an advertisement for a service that they want to provide they just expect the people to get confused by the letter thinking that they are paying for the annual renewal of the corporation. two numbers the one in the letter 855.890.0150 and he called me back from 844-564-2211

A mailing was received instructing ME to pay a filing fee for "2015 Annual Minutes Statement." It cited the Florida Statutes regarding the requirement for corporations to hold shareholders meetings and record and minutes of those meetings. They stated by paying them $135 this would satisfy the state requirement of these requirements.
