A Clark shoe advertisement appeared on Facebook. As soon as I ordered I received a message telling me the company goes by several names (none of them Clark). The shoes arrived from a country in Asia (unspecified as it went through a warehouse in the US). The shoes had no name brand and were very poor quality. When I received an email from the company acknowledging that my shoes arrived, I responded by letting them know that they were not what I ordered and that I wanted to return them. The reply was that the company was in Asia and it would be so expensive to return them, but they would give me 20% off. The person said she "thought this was a very good deal". I went through my credit card company to eliminate the charge. I then went online and saw that others had a very similar experience.

I see MANY compliants about this same scammer...same as myself...ordered HOKA shoes got some nasty brand that I would NOT wear. THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS...is there no recourse to all of us being ripped off??? What does the ScamPulse.com do? Just register complaints? That is NOT helping anyone in the future from being scammed in the same way!

I rented a vehicle thru an app called get a round. Originally i was supposed to have it for 7 days at 341. Upon the first night with the vehicle I got a flat tire. When i checked the rear trunk of the vehicle i noticed no jack or star wrench only spare. I called my triple Aaa to come change it for me. When triple aaa got there he removed the tire and on the inside part there were a bunch of tears and metal showing thru. Very noticable this was caused by not changing the tire on time and driving with a very old tire. The next day i returned the vehicle with original tire and rim in the trunk. Get a round then put a damage claim in saying first that the original rim and tire were missing. Then they said they were holding my deposit that they later did not refund to me saying i caused the damage to tire that made it go flat. Also they charged me 7 days when i returned vehicle 1 day later. They have not attempted to give me back any of the refund for the unused days.

The package came to us through USPS on about 5/9/2023 & it contained a pair of black short neither my husband or myself ordered. It has a USPS Tracking Number, but Not any other identifiable information we’re aware of (USPS Tracking #9274 8903 2698 0910 0015 4223 55). The USPS said it was delivered to them by a Third Party like Amazon, but we found No Item that matched at all under our Amazon account.

I found an ad for a website on Facebook. The company was selling womens clothing, saying it is made in North Carolina. But the tag says China. The sizes are not accurate, fabric is poor quality. They won’t accept a return but offered me $26 for my $90 order. Then they said they would refund $55. Their FB page is nothing but similar complaints and offering customers small amounts for a refund for their much larger order.

I bought some " Clark" shoes on an ad on Facebook. The shoes are not Clarks. They are fake. When I ask for the address to return they just give me the runaround and offer to give me a 45% refund of my payment.

Bait and switch. Ad shows a garment that is stretchy and of quality material. Was charged 30% sales tax - PayPal denied my dispute about this. Item received the item 3.5weeks after ordering. The material is NOT as described - stiff, almost plastic like, poor quality.

I attempted to order 18 fedoras which are hats. I ordered them almost 2 months ago. I sent them multiple emails as I felt that the delivery was taking too long. I have received emails back telling me that the tracking was showing that it was on its way. I received an email saying the tracking show that it was in my country, it came through California but when I finally received the package instead of 18 hats that I ordered, I received a fake silver plated ring. This was not the item that I ordered. I have tracking number I have order number and everything that shows what I did order and there was no mistaking in this order. This was absolutely a scam making people believe that they were getting clothing items and they are not. Please help so no one else will go through this.

Scammer uses various websites to sell pants and advertises on instagram. They have a return policy that you can send them back to Hong Kong, but you pay shipping ($25). The pants were $29. There is no customer service phone number. The positive reviews on Instagram are from fake profiles using google image profile pictures of models. The negative reviews all say the same thing- they were a very different pair of pants, sweat shop quality, and not close to the sizing advertised. All comments say they felt scammed because returning cost as much as the pants. Commenters also say they have seen these pants advertised under many company names. On my bank statement, it was billed under Hudsow Technology. The pants were not anywhere near the ones they advertise, their return policy protects them against people shipping them back for a refund- people ship them back on their dollar, and they get to resell them.

NATERA inc is a SCAM genetic testing c have corresponding with “Belle” from (Amazonstorepro.com) by email: [email protected]. They provide meaningless results, promise they will be “completely covered”, then send bill after bill. Once you pay those bills, more magically appear and ask for MORE money, even three years later!! I can forward  emails to you but need an email for BBB.
