Purchased and received a security camera, Was instructed in direction to download the app for it, "easy life". Computer was hacked and got a trojan virus, was given a # to call to get rid of the virus. It was all a scam.

This user sells purses on Etsy and advertises with the first picture being a real Juicy Couture bag. Also they mention on their page that the bags are handmade and vintage and they are none of the above.

I purchased a vehicle through Victory Chevrolet. They were late getting me the title for the vehicle. When I did receive the title, the signature on the title and the signature on the POA forms did not match. The license office told me they would not register the vehicle. Victory Cherolet offered me $1,500 for a settlement. This amount does not fix my title issue. I cannot register my vehicle, i cannot sell my vehicle, and I cannot trade it in. I am stuck with a $25,000 car that i am making payments on and cannot do anything with.

The scammer under the name of Personnel Concepts & Compliance Service Department. This scammer keep sending warning mails to get my attention. I know my business do not hire any employee so I just ignore their attempt to bill me for service and selling posters. This year I had enough, I write a note and send with their billing papers to let them know I do not hire employees, so I am not order any poster. I just received another mail told me, I might receive fine from Washington & Federal Labor law for certificate for not order labor law poster a fine of $40,000.

This is the time for me to report this scammer to BBB.

they sell costume jewelry claiming that it’s not costume jewelry. The shirts look nothing like they actually do on their website and they say that you have 30 days to return but then tell you that it’s from Hong Kong so you can’t return because it’s too far and only want to offer you discount codes.

I was looking to buy silver. It was my first time when i found this company online. They seemed lagit and offered a full refund. I ordered 10 silver coins and paid $179.00. They arrived late but when i had them Apraised they weren't silver at all. Now i can't get ahold of them and i don't have any information other than their name. When i go to their site the web page is down.

On June 30, 2023 I walked into Walgreens in Kansas City, MO on 9430 Blue Ridge Blvd. I went to the goft card section and purchased a package that I was led to believe had a Visa Vanilla gift card inside. The product was scanned and I thought that I put $370 on a card and paid a $6.95 fee to the clerk. Upon taking the item home and preparing to open the package I noticed a tiny tear in it. I opened the packaging to discover that there was no real card inside/no actual gift card on the inside of the package; There was just a blank business card looking item on one side and a scanned/printed replica of the back of an actual gift card on it. I returned to the Walgreens location and explained the situation to them and the manager would not refund me or allow me to exchange it for an actual gift card. They insisted that I contact the card company about it because it was "a third party issue". I contacted the Vanilla Gift Card customet service number, spoke to TWO customet service people, filed a complaint with them as well as their parent company (InComm), was given a case number and instructions to email them photos of the issue. They responded via email stating that there is nothing they could do because there was no actual card lost, damaged or stolen. They insisted that it is a consumer issue. I contacted Walgreens corporate and filed a scam/fraud complaint and explained everything to them, they gave me a case number and suggested I contact the local authorities. I contacted the local authorities and filed a scam/fraud complaint, a police report, and was given a case number. Multiple police officers explained to me how the scam was committed and stated that they have no understanding as to why Walgreens would not refund me to resolve the issue. They asked who I reported this to and I told them everyone including FTC so that everyone was made aware of this new scam if possible. Now I am informing you all with hopes that someone can assist as well as prevent it from happening with others. I am enclosing photos of what it looks like.

This has been reported to :

Vanilla Gift Card customer Service.

InComm - Their parent company

Walgreens store manager

Walgreens Regional custom service in Illinois/regional corporate office

FTC

And the local authorities (Kansas City Police Department South Patrol Division).

For 7 Days I have been trying to get this issue resolved.

I now have 5 case numbers after reporting this scam. I am now enclosing pictures and photos to show that there is/was no real card inside- There was/is just a printed piece of blank white paper with the back of an actual card printed/scanned on one side.

THERE IS NO FRONT OF A CARD TO SEND PHOTOS OF BECAUSE I WAS NOT SOLD A REAL CARD!

The clerk, manager, customer service and police department all say I was clearly scammed.

That is the scam that I am a victim of : the issue is that there was/is no actual card inside of the package that I purchased, there was just a small piece of white paper inside with a printed scan of the back of an actual card- it had the barcode and security code printed on it, but there is/was no card inside with the instruction manual. The scammer has the real card and they are using Walgreens to scam customers into buying REPLICA CARDS that we cannot actually use because the scammer is in possession of the REAL CARD.

The Walgreens manager would not refund me or allow me to exchange for an actual card, claiming that it is a third party issue. However InComm/Vanilla Gift Cards only handle issues involving actual gift cards being lost damaged or stolen. It is a consumer scam issue.

Photos 1-2 are what it looks like when the package is opened

Photo 3-4 are what both sides of what should be a card look like (one side is like a blank white paper business card and the other side has the 3 digit security code, scanning bar code, etc. Printed on it) on top of the card activation manual.

The scammer pretended to offer a trial size of a legitimate product and all you had to pay was for shipping. Shortly after I made the purchase, I called my credit card company to report that something wasn't right. The transactions were from NOBLE FLAIR GREAT AUTO 855-8384996 NV and FUNNYFANTASTICINCREDIB 855-8090687 NV. The 2 products arrived in a bag with no name only an address 19214 Northern Blvd., Flushing NY 11358-2955. The products were named reVigoranze distributed by VigorUS Labs, Flushing, NY @tryrevigoranze. com. 1-855-934-1203.

There are numerous fake companies pretending to be selling Bed Bath & Beyond merchandise on Facebook. At ridiculously low prices. Some of the names are Peter US, Shanguyishop.com , Becdyuond.com. All absolutely fake. When I try to contact by phone or email it’s a misnomer. Some of the company names are I think they one person or persons doin this. They need to be stopped. Many responses say they never received their merchandise they ordered.

Thank you

Ordered multiple orders of stamps from https://uspoststamps.com/ with only one order going through and charging my card for the amount of 56 USD. Despite being advertised as official USPS Forever stamps, they are visibly reproductions/counterfeit of the actual stamp. I've attached a picture of the stamps received

The product I purchased was extremely small, 3x2 in for $60.85. It was supposed to be a custom order, but the names on the flower pot were misspelled because of their error. They refuse to replace the defective product, only offering to give a 10% discount on the next order, send a sticker to put over the misspelled names, and having me pay for shipping to return the defective item that was a gift I had sent to across the country. They refuse to correct their error at not cost to me.

Like the previous person’s report, I just received an envelope with a single pencil. As of this report no sign of other personal identification taken or used outside of mailing address. Is unnerving though and could not find any information on the internet.

A Clark shoe advertisement appeared on Facebook. As soon as I ordered I received a message telling me the company goes by several names (none of them Clark). The shoes arrived from a country in Asia (unspecified as it went through a warehouse in the US). The shoes had no name brand and were very poor quality. When I received an email from the company acknowledging that my shoes arrived, I responded by letting them know that they were not what I ordered and that I wanted to return them. The reply was that the company was in Asia and it would be so expensive to return them, but they would give me 20% off. The person said she "thought this was a very good deal". I went through my credit card company to eliminate the charge. I then went online and saw that others had a very similar experience.

I see MANY compliants about this same scammer...same as myself...ordered HOKA shoes got some nasty brand that I would NOT wear. THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS...is there no recourse to all of us being ripped off??? What does the ScamPulse.com do? Just register complaints? That is NOT helping anyone in the future from being scammed in the same way!

I rented a vehicle thru an app called get a round. Originally i was supposed to have it for 7 days at 341. Upon the first night with the vehicle I got a flat tire. When i checked the rear trunk of the vehicle i noticed no jack or star wrench only spare. I called my triple Aaa to come change it for me. When triple aaa got there he removed the tire and on the inside part there were a bunch of tears and metal showing thru. Very noticable this was caused by not changing the tire on time and driving with a very old tire. The next day i returned the vehicle with original tire and rim in the trunk. Get a round then put a damage claim in saying first that the original rim and tire were missing. Then they said they were holding my deposit that they later did not refund to me saying i caused the damage to tire that made it go flat. Also they charged me 7 days when i returned vehicle 1 day later. They have not attempted to give me back any of the refund for the unused days.
