Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
The products are labeled as old-fashioned, teeth mineralizing "gum".
The product is in no way shape or form "gum" and is manufactured and shipped from China. The company falsely uses the address 261 11th Avenue, New York, NY 10001. However, with a simple search, this building is an old warehouse and not a manufacturing nor headquarters.
I do not care about getting my money back, but I would like this scam shut down so that unethical and exploitative practices like this are eradicated.

*In late summer/early fall, I had to change my phone number due to an incident unrelated to this. The new phone number was used for the Twitter account. After the incident described below, I changed it again. That phone number was used/recycled way too much and I constantly had to fill out at least 7-10 Do Not Call forms per day and after one month of that nonsense, I had it changed again to what is my current number.
*December 2021:
Started Blogger (Google) Blog 'Healing Through History'
*May 2022:
I chose to put the blog's link in my Amazon Community Profile.
Issues with Amazon acct. began at this point. I was using my laptop (also bought during the Pandemic) and the Samsung phone (as it had WIFI hotspot - which I needed for any non-phone internet access - I live in a small town). I would add info. into this profile, only to have it suddenly remove and a 'cloned' email from Amazon sent to me saying that the content was against Community Guidelines. Evidently, this part of my Amazon acct. was 'screenshot' and 'cloned' with coding to make it realistically interactive. Hence the stalking that subsequently happened with my blog at the time I did this. The stalking was to do the same thing to it (the 'screenshot-cloning').
*Summer 2022:
Ongoing issues with regards to trying to resolve what's going on with my Amazon acct. Many 'back and forth' calls to Amazon about this.
Attempted hack into my Amazon acct. used to shop with (it's separate from the Community acct.). Reset my stuff after having woken up to an email sent over-night by Amazon about it. I called Amazon to verify if it was true, and it was - it was then I did the reset and they walked me through the process.
I continue observing questionable visitor hits to my blog noticing that every time I change the design, the suspicious hits recur. Realizing that it's not a 'bot'/'web crawler', but someone in the US using a Mac computer, I screenshot it and 'call it out' in a blog post. Subsequently, my (pre-Musk) Twitter acct. is also targeted and hacked. Changing passwords doesn't resolve the issue, and so I close it 2 weeks, approximately, before Musk bought Twitter. I also closed the blog around this time.
*Late Fall/Winter 2022:
I noticed on my Samsung that my Google security credentials were turned off. I knew I didn't do this. This is the part of the phone that's the Google account and where there's a 'green shield', that lets you know it's secure. The Google account I had which was [email protected], I had for a long time (5-6 years, maybe more, by the time I had to stop using all Google accessories - like Gmail, Blogger, etc.) I tried to just switch to using a whole new Google account, but that didn't resolve the issue either. I noticed over time that all Google accessories were severely targeted, hence my switch to Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail.
I continued to have ongoing issues - for example, my etsy account, was targeted and 'cloned'. What appeared in my curated etsy 'favorites' lists on the app was different from what I found when I logged into the website. The website showed the 'true' lists. This same thing happened with my eBay account as well. The apps were 'cloned' and showed differently than the website - eventually, I think nearly all my apps were cloned in some way. Therefore, I couldn't trust Google Play at all due to the 'cloned apps'.
I believe I did a factory reset on the Samsung phone, to no apparent avail. At this time I knew nothing of the Alps spyware/phone components.
*January 2023:
I got a Nokia C100 from Amazon late in the prior year, due to wanting more GB, but didn't start to use it until January. I joined a forum for those of us who have ME/CFS and tried to interact and observe. One thing of note with the Nokia - it charged very, very, very slow. I contacted Amazon about this and was refunded the cost of the phone. I spoke with my tech cousin about it and he mentioned that some phones have 'adaptive charging'. I responded that this one has 'maladaptive' charging. For about a month thing seemed to be 'quiet', but then activity that was suspect began all over again. I left the forum in April due to the ongoing stress of this stalking/harassment, the inability to have any energy left after doing what I needed to do in real life, and the fact that I couldn't put up with 'forum trauma drama' on top of it all.
Over the course of the year, I noticed my phone needing and doing updates with unusual frequency. Also, I had a strong feeling, ever since all of this started, that I had stalkers following me. Hence, why I resorted to using adult content to see if I could get a 'direct reaction' (such as the comment left by the YouTube acct./user @just_delightful in the Ocean Liner Designs video on U-Boats Found, as nothing was indicating anything as such.
During the entirety of the year and into early 2024, the suspicious activity seemed to intensify and no matter what I did, nothing seemed to resolve it. None of the usual tech. 'repair' techniques, like uninstall and reinstall, etc. The frequent updating kept going on as well. It was a major hassle and headache dealing with this nonsense when I couldn't figure out a way to resolve it. I was getting very frustrated because I knew something wasn't right but couldn't pinpoint it.
*2024:
In Feb., I believe it was, I was using my phone and noticed that someone installed Yahoo! ringtones. Immediately, I decided on a factory reset since I didn't use Yahoo! at all. It was after I did that and then looked at my phone's information, that I found the 'Custom Build Alps...' under the Build Number. Thus began my research and detective work since I don't do custom builds.
In March I got a Motorola Moto, direct from Tracfone, to replace the Nokia C100 after talking with a rep. via chat at the library's computers. When I got that phone, I used my neighbor's phone to call Safelink to set it up. I felt a bit of a relief like I could move on with my life, but that wasn't to be. I had only opened Chrome on it, and at 8pm (the same day I got the phone), I was going through the functions and someone turned/toggled on WIFI. I turned it off and they turned it back on. I turned it off again, mortified and angry at this point. I then tried to call Safelink and the 'green Call button' was deactivated (wouldn't work). I tried to text my mom, and as soon as I started to type the text, they shut the phone off. I refused to use the phone beyond attempting to call and text at that point. I hadn't even set up a Google acct. for the app updates. I again notified Tracfone via chat at the library's computers about what happened. They said they wouldn't replace it, so I'm (thinking) 'Fine.' So, I asked for the most low tech phone I could get - the Nokia 2760 flip phone was what I was referred to. So that's what I got. By then, the Samsung and Nokia C100 had been returned back to CEVA/Tracfone in Indiana with an approx. 10 pg handwritten report on what happened.
In April, I got the flip phone and sent back the Motorola Moto to CEVA as well, along with an approx. 5 pg handwritten report. By doing this, I removed the Android OS from the equation, along with Google (Google Play Store). I figured I could get my life back at this point. I had in the meantime switched all of my billing back to snail mail, notified the bank, had hospital appts. sent via snail mail. I essentially retrograded my life to how I lived 10-20 years ago.
By late April/early May, I decided to see if I would be ok to use the phone's internet browser - not Google. I now had a very simplified phone which helped me with the cognitive issues with my ME/CFS - so if something went awry, it would be easier for me to diagnose. I did basic searches, nothing explicit at all, none since February. I read my usual sites: The Bulwark, Daily Kos, local newspaper (Press Enterprise) for the headlines. I did not open Google or YouTube on the phone at all.
The only initial suspect thing I noticed was a sudden overnight battery drain from 100% to 15%. I noticed this before using the internet app. from what I can recall. So I contacted Safelink and got tips on how to reduce the battery drain. I applied those and was ok.
Over the next few months, things were seemingly ok.
*July:
29th - At 09:06, I go to make the call to PPL electric company to recertify my low income plan OnTrack. I call the 1-800-342-5775 and there's no ringing, but a rather sort of crackling sound and then a seemingly younger aged male saying something to which I can only make out part of which was, "...just how good a real man can make you feel." At first, because I just got up not much earlier and was drinking my coffee, it took me a minute to comprehend what on earth just occurred. Once I realized what did happen, I got cleaned up, and went to the library and tried to inform all parties involved. While there, I attempted to recertify online, and when that didn't work, I tried to call again, and got through this time. The rep. said that they were/are having trouble with their system. It wasn't until later in the afternoon that I checked the call log on my phone and noticed the three 7's in between the two 5's. I didn't recall hitting the 7 a third time, but even if I did, that shouldn't have happened.
That evening, I did a factory reset on the phone and tested texting and calling with my mom's phone. It was at this point after doing some mental calculating that - due to opening the internet on the Motorola Moto and the flip phone, that's what made the phones vulnerable, alps or no alps. I then also tried to figure out just what was going on in the background by using bits and pieces of information gleaned from over the years from observing, to paint a picture. This is how I realized it (whatever was going on) was like Tor.
___
I believe I have an idea as to what is going on here. I think the Alps spyware stuff created a 'Tor-like' network using peoples phones and so any time I open the internet on any phone I have, it opens me up to others accessing it like the Tor* network did with PCs and Laptops.
The phone acts/takes the place of a PC/Laptop, the spyware takes the place of Tor. Somehow it gets into the network, and this is how every time I open the internet on my phone, even if not an Android, the stuff gets in and I wind up with all types having access to my phone (which of course would include said creep). Upon realizing this, I was able to step back and depersonalize the creep's attack, because if he's done that to me, he's done that to others and who knows in what way.
So even if I look up in the browser, for example, nudes (vintage nudes, artistic nudes, nude sculptures, nude photography, etc.) all these people will see (somehow) what I look up. This also helps explain the odd behavior I observed with YouTube and the numbers I was seeing. It helped explain the dramatic rise in counts with both subscribers and views. I noticed this especially with The Bulwark (both with their website and their YouTube channel). The same can be said for the Ocean Liner Designs channel, and therefore explains that odd comment regarding LGBTQ, on a video regarding UBoats. This particular activity also showed up on the MeidasTouch YouTube channel when I was watching a live feed video and would do a refresh during a sponsor break. The number of viewers would jump up and down dramatically during each subsequent refresh that I did - and I did them as quickly as I could - one right after the other.
This 'Tor-like' program somehow 'jumps' from the network into the phone when one opens up the internet on their phone. This helps explain what happened with the Motorola Moto that was sent to me directly from Tracfone, and, my flip phone. It's also concurrent with what Nokia said that, if they are in the network, they can go from phone to phone to phone...which appears to be the case here.
So this is essentially, and I could be entirely wrong about all this, but a sort of 'dark web' created by using peoples phones (unwillingly obviously), spreading through the network, and perhaps affecting others phones that were also androids, but didn't have the Alps component/s, as well as also affecting the non-android phones such as my flip phone. Therefore creepy boy is not only most likely stalking and harassing me, but other as well, just because he can (and believes he can get away with it).
This may, or may not, be a golden opportunity for law enforcement if one thinks about it, and can seize upon it in some way. It would be nice to turn this negative experience into some positive.
It makes sense though, to use spyware, to create a 'dark web' - because we know China is a surveillance state.
*I tried out Tor back in the early 2010s, just out of curiosity to see what this was all about. I don't know the coding behind it, but I was just going for the beginner's understanding of how it operated. I just checked it out for a brief period to see how it functioned, but then got rid of it as I had no use for it.
For those who have never heard of Tor:
Tor (network) - Wikipedia
Tor[6] is a free overlay network for enabling anonymous communication. Built on free and open-source software and more than seven thousand volunteer-operated relays worldwide, users can have their Internet traffic routed via a random path through the network.[7][8]
Using Tor makes it more difficult to trace a user's Internet activity by preventing any single point on the Internet (other than the user's device) from being able to view both where traffic originated from and where it is ultimately going to at the same time.[9] This conceals a user's location and usage from anyone performing network surveillance or traffic analysis from any such point, protecting the user's freedom and ability to communicate confidentially.[10]
As I said, I could be wrong, but this is the only thing that makes complete sense to me based on my experiences at this point.

Regarding Wi-Fi
The phone I had prior to the Samsung J7 Crown, which was bought in 2020, had no Wi-fi (it too was a Samsung), and I had no issues - until I got the phone with the Wi-fi hotspot, which was the J7.
I had a security PW/password for my Wi-fi hotspot with that phone.
I recall when I got the Motorola Moto from Tracfone, one of the first things, it seemed like they went after, was the Wi-fi (as I mentioned before with them turning it on and I turning it off).
About the J7
I don't recall having looked for the Alps build stuff because I didn't know about it at the time when I did a factory reset on it (which I believe I had done).
If it was an Alps phone, that would have given them near instantaneous - if not instantaneous - access to my hotspot PW, and Wi-fi connections to the network. This would, in a way perhaps, help explain why when my Twitter acct. was hacked, that changing the password didn't work to stop them, and they continued to do the damage from there.
I live in a small town of about 4,600 and reception here is like baby swiss cheese, which is why I opted for a hotspot phone, after my mom and I tried a USB type wifi hotspot (it may have been from Straight Talk) and that not even working well in spite of my being next to a window.
Undoubtably, all the PW's I attempted to use on the Twitter acct. were then tested on my Amazon acct. - hence the attempted hack and Amazon's intervention. I never use the same PW twice for this reason.
When my Twitter acct. was hacked, I had accts. I didn't follow added onto my follows - it was mostly tech. stuff, space tech, bitcoin, one anime type thing, and a very tasteful acct. that shared photos of beautiful women (who were way too young for me - they appeared to be in their 20's). I had no 'hate' stuff added - no anti-LGBT+, no racist stuff, etc. It was just rather 'normal Gen. Z' type stuff. Yet even after attempting to put on 2 step verification, that didn't stop it either, so I closed it.
I did call the local police, but there's really not much they could do about it (it being cyber stalking and harassment).
The old Twitter acct. I had was last named AtlantikGhost (or AtlanticGhost). I didn't have many followers, and didn't follow much - mostly German maritime stuff, Sal Mercogliano - What's Going on With Shipping (he covers supply chain stuff on the maritime side), WWI and II U-Boat stuff, some spiritual/wellness, and the ME/CFS community. I also tried to follow state and local - like the governor, reps, news and the like. I also followed The Bulwark. So, in sum, Twitter was like an info. 'aggregator' to me where I could have a 'one stop' for everything I wanted to keep up with.
Regarding YouTube
Even having made my account private didn't resolve the issue where it concerned the app.
I still keep getting some installation error for something on my phone, but since I cannot check (I have no means to), I don't know what it is regarding.
I just want it to be understood regarding my 'disadvantage' where it concerns internet access and checking my email as: 1) Library isn't open on Sunday, 2) It has its own hours - so I have no 24 hr access to the internet - period, nevermind my email, and 3) It entails me walking all the way to the other end of town which I'm not going to do on a frequent basis, in spite of living in a small town.
The main reason why I'm limiting myself to the town's computers is because it will cut down the confusion on where I was last if something 'funny' happens again. I won't use (sign in) on my mom's phone or computer (unless it's some sort of extreme emergency where I need to and have no alternative). I'm not trying to 'punish' myself - I'm just trying to bring this chaos under control in the ways I know how to.
