My family and I are being harassed by an individual claiming that they need to get in contact with me regarding an urgent court case. They provide an attorney’s name, Janet Wilson and phone #, but first they ask for my family members to confirm my SS #, address, DOB, mother’s maiden name. When I received the call, I specifically asked why they needed that information? I said I would call the attorney. They were very persistent and continued to harass me for the info until I hung up on them.

We are contacting you to inform that an attempt was made to serve you with legal documents. Requesting your appearance in court. However, the documents were returned from the address on file to avoid a failure to appear. We strongly recommend you contact the attorney in charge of your case. Janet Wilson at 888-798-0040. Her office will be able to provide additional details.
