(3) A window opens with a selection which I consider "UNNECESSARY" products to choose from including health, food, hair, virility enhancers etc, with retail prices costing up to $90 which I would NOT buy anyway.
(3) I chose the FREE Keranique® Hair Regrowth Solution which cost $79.95 + $7.95 shipping retail. All I had to pay was $3.95 shipping and give my Credit Card Number and details, which I did.
(4) An error message displayed stating I CLICK to AGREE.
(5) Upon reading the small print, The agreement was the company was to ship the TRIAL product for free and THEREAFTER Charge $79.95 monthly (MINIMUM 2 MONTHS) until I cancelled.
(6) Having been deceived before, I quickly cancelled the transaction.
Unfortunately, they got all my Credit Card and personal details.
I had ordered through a TV add by phone before, tried to cancel even before the 30-day satisfaction guaranteed but they would not accept returns or cancel the credit card charges. These unethical telemarketers, online marketers should be shut down, prosecuted and penalized.
