BEWARE

I received a voicemail from these people I found it weird because I got the voicemail but didn’t receive the actual call then I see that the number that called me wasn’t the number they asked me to call back in the voicemail . So point is I called back and was told I could possibly receive some help to relieve some of my debt the guy asked me a few questions then I noticed his voice changed and he said you don’t qualify and hung up in my face I called back because it pissed me off and when he answered and I told him he was rude and unprofessional he hung up on me again

I never requested information from this company and they call multiple times a day leaving me voicemail messages. I didn't feel like calling back so I just blocked their number, now I get calls/messages from them at a similar number. I've blocked them two times and still receive daily calls. I don't know what their scam is exactly but whatever it is they're very persistent.

Unsolicited calls to my number on the no call list offering credit I don't need or want

I've been receiving calls nearly every day where the caller leaves a message saying that it's someone from Credit National Assist saying that they're responding to my online request for financial help and that the caller has an approval that they think I'll like. I block each number that the calls come from, and it shows a different caller number with each call. I haven't been interested in credit for decades and certainly never asked for any credit or loans via a web request or anything else. This outfit has got to be an extreme risk to deal with, or even talk with. Certainly a scam, and likely a phishing expedition. I sure hope that they find these people and deal them their just treatment (Perhaps life in prison in a very uncomfortable prison is on the mild end of what they deserve) Hopefully they'll start calling Vladimir Putin's number, harass him like this, and then have him find/capture them. He'd likely see that they are tortured slowly to death.

VOICEMAIL:
“Hey it’s Natalie with credit national assessed and I wanted to try you just one last time regarding an online request for getting some financial help. As I was able to get you an approval that I think you’ll like. So just go ahead and call me back and I’ll give you the details again my number is 844–727–4826 thanks.”

I have been receiving these “one last time” calls for the last three weeks, that’s a whole lot of “one last times.”
The calls originate from (likely spoofed) different area codes / States, and the caller’s name changes as well.

Reporting each call seems pointless, and would be time consuming since the calls never originate from the same number. I hoped that after time the calls would stop since I never answer and never call back, but the calls keep coming.

Credit National Assist SCAM Targeting Seniors

This robocall likes leaving voicemails. The calls come in from multiple number throughout the day although many of the area codes are 774 and 775 (Massachusetts). The call back numbers vary as well. So far I've heard these names used: Rebecca, Cindy, Anne Annabel, Chelsea, etc. The call back numbers are all "toll free" 888, 844, 877." The call back never matches the ID of the initial call. I've gotten these at 8:00 AM on Saturdays and at all times during the week. DO NOT PICK UP! Although there is a real company going by this name, these people calling you are a ring of thieves. Do not give them any time or personal information if you do get them in a live call. Report the call to FTC.gov. Hopefully our government will find a way to get to this scammer and prosecute them. suspect they're really offshore thieves though using American sounding shills as a front-man to scam us. They will empty your accounts and steal your identity.

Refuse to remove my number

They keep calling and hang up when I try to get them to remove my phone number. One even laughed and hung up. They are not professional in any way shape of form. 844-760-6200 from 251-372-8002 8888096112 from unknown and mostly unknown (I block and delete mostly) are the numbers left. I get several calls a day some leave messages others do not since getting this phone number. There should be a way to do something to get them to quit. It’s harassment to call someone this much. They are worse than a silly teen prank calling. It is so bad my message now says to remove this number from any list you have me on. I keep blocking numbers too. Only form I have filled out is to be put on the federal do not call list. I have not filled out any other forms, but apparently a Demedric did as I am constantly getting calls and texts for him. If you cannot keep a phone number, then do not ruin it by getting tons of scammers to harass others. What kind of psychopath works for a place like this or signs others up for this?

Call why I was driving the car and ell she left a message name is Chelsee that she was calling from a Credit national assistant she has some good news for me and she thought that I would like so when I called back I got a man named Fraser and he already had my information he only had the iMessage queue area and I was interested in it and I didn’t think it was Rob because my fiancé of three years moved out let me of an advantage ruins and so but something just told me he told me to call him when I got home with account numbers and anyway I didn’t call them back

If you get a voicemail from someone claiming to be from “credit national assist” beware.

I have been getting voicemails for a few months like these. Today my phone rang once and then stopped - they must have a way to be sent to voicemail right after connecting. So a minute later the voicemail popped up. So the message said it was from Rebecca from credit national assist and she was calling to respond to my request for financial assistance so my curious curiosity is piqued and I return the call. I spent some time with Rebecca on the phone with her explaining to me that they had a new process of invalidating unsecured debt from credit cards and so on that would not result in any action on my credit report other than removal of the accounts and they would not show as paid they would just not even be present on my credit reports after that and that what would happen is that I would end up with an obligation of up to 36 months of monthly payments to the law firm that perform the debt in validation process. And so I asked her what type of obligation would be paid with those monthly payments and was told that it was an ACH transfer from my checking account. I said well no that’s a logistical way of doing the payment I want to know what type of financial obligation I’m going to be making monthly payments on. And we apparently got disconnected so I called back and ended up with another agent who was able to instantly pull up the amount of unsecured debt that I had told Rebecca I had and when I explained it I was at the point with Rebecca where I was trying to understand what was the nature of the obligation that I would have at the end of the invalidation process she told me well they take ACH payments from your checking account . And so I said no I want to understand what type of legal obligation it is that these payments are going to be for? Her response was “I see why she hung up on you“ and then she hung up her self. So this doesn’t seem like the type of behavior you would get from a legitimate firm that was actually trying to help people with their debt so beware

Arrest and shut this company down!!!

Meghan with Credit National Assist contacted me from 208-495-7144, however I had to call 888-389-2486 to receive the exciting information and that I could speak with anybody that answers the phone as she may be busy with another customer. Right ok! She stated I applied for assistance. I did not apply for assistance. I called 888-389-2486 and inquired as to how they received my information. The man was very rude and simply hung up on me. Each time I called them back they simply hung up on me. I guess I made it clear to them that they are a scam and that I would be reporting them. Bottom Feeder Scums.

Both calls were identical with the only difference being the names given saying; "Hi there, It's Anna (2nd was Dianna) from Credit National Assist and I'm just following back up with your online request for financial help and I was able to get you an approval I think you're going to like. Just know that the program has limited openings so call back soon to finalize the details. My number is (numbers given above) and anyone can help you out I might be busy with someone else. I did not return calls. I'm sure they were going to either ask for some sort of fee or try to obtain personal information.

I get a call almost everyday from these people. The last one was from Heather at credit national assist. She left a call back number 888-390-1153 I asked to be removed from calling list but they have ignored my request. Please be cautious of these scammers

I am 64 and filled out an online form to find out what other available help with my SSD and Medicare pt A and B. It was a legit form and a person with Medigap Healthcare called me back. But apparently others can see it too. Yesterday a girl claiming her name was Megan called me from 339-220-6204 from Pembroke, MA. I didn’t answer so it went to voicemail. She gave the callback number 888-392-0627.
Today it was Heather from 334-772-4089, Notasulga, AL. The callback #844-344-9840. Both claimed to be with credit national assist.
