I have been receiving vague prerecorded messages regarding this claim for well over a month. They also contacted my father, leaving the same message, I am 49 years old. I called them back to try to get the calls to stop. They were calling about a payday loan from more than 20 years ago. The were pressuring me to make an immediate payment or set up a payment plan on the spot. They threatened legal action such as fraud against the government for not intending to pay it back. In addition they stated that they would freeze my funds if i didn't make a decision on the spot, etc. Once, I said "legally" she said in that case it will be disputed and said goodbye. She stated and did send the validation which would/could of only be emailed. I am sure I am missing pieces to this crazyness.
