This company is a joke! Do not buy from this company. I purchased an item over 3 months ago, and they kept saying I will receive it soon. I still have not gotten the item, so thankfully I did the purchase through PayPal and I got a refund.

Order(not received as of 2/22/22!) for figurine placed via Paypal 12/23/21 not

I unfortunately responded to an ad thru Dedebell Trading co Ltd https//bright youth/.com/ [email protected] for a figurine at a good price (I think like $24 with shipping it was @ $35. Repeated attempts to contact PP at this email all resulted in an apology, no real explanation, attempted reassurances re shipping & no receipt of my order as of 2/22/22. Inexcusable, at a minimum this isno way to do business, at worst it is fraudulent!

Ordered something via Facebook (should have known better) on 29.12.21 was still waiting end of January despite having tracking number which showed item was somewhere between the US, Oxford UK and China, emailed shipping company numerous times and was fobbed off, lodged a complaint with Paypal and the minute I pressed send I received an email from Paypal saying full refund is being issued. Well done Paypal and a pox on you internet ripoff merchants !

Scam, con! Items never arrived even though they reply saying will chase up delivery. Very good with lies! Thankfully used Paypal for purchase who refunded my money in less then a minute after I filed the complaint. Thank you paypal. I know better next time not to use the crooked liars at that company!

Leather Patches...endless 'email updates' but product never came

Adhesive leather patches ordered 25th Oct 2011..
So many different names, but seemed to come from Give Out Best, tho a parent trading co reg in UK.
They kept sending legit looking tracking (independent tracking site) showing good progress, item seeming coming from USA.. until... 22nd Nov 'arrived in NZ' (my country) and from then it's been a pain in the A**.
After 2 months with no movement, all attempts to get update, or have them find out where package was, which local partner (as I know the rough location)...nothing... just everytime these sweet little 'thanks for your patience' messages and that 'item is now in your country awaiting delivery'..
So I got impatient as they obv couldn't identify hold up or 'who' it was with, so I requested full refund.
Then they say 'we've sent you another item' (to which I reply 'why, when you can't even locate the 2st or be sure the 2nd won't have same fate?')...
More 'supposedly legit' tracking links, but item/number always not found' !
More contact... suddenly (5th Feb 2022) they send me a link and tracking number totally different from before, showing item coming from Shenzen and arrived in NZon 19th Jan.. I ask them to explain but get 'please be patient, sorry for delay' BS...
And the past 4 days I get a new email saying 'my item shipping has progressed' and sending me to the original tracking app and same 'no progress date' of 22nd Nov 2021..
I wish I could just walk away... all for US$16 !
It's not going to arrive, is it :-)
I even asked NZ Post to launch an enquiry at least to the postal local delivery at address supposedly entered NZ on 22nd Nov... no word back from them either, but I trust them more than the original vendor, whoever the hell they really are !

OMG!
Update... I read some of the other similar complaints about the same company, and so I gave it a go to contact Paypal through Resolution Center and it took me to that transaction, and then that seller to send my complaint directly to them !
When I pressed 'send', the resulting Paypal screen URL indicated 'completed' and I thought I'd just been dismissed (as happens!)..
But saw an email from Paypal, and literally within a minute I got the message that they (Paypal) are issuing a full refund..
They OBVIOUSLY get other such requests for this company, wouldn't you guess?
I'll repoert more when I see the money back in my account

Ordered on 7th November as xmas present for grandson. Waited til 12th Jan as heard nothing. Apparently it was in Manchester, England on 5th Dec and been there since. Fobbed off with excuses till someone said was a mistake. Then I asked for compensation and they went back to usual nonsense

Sadly you (nor I.. see my own experience just added 8th Feb 2022 above in comments) will get refunds.. .they are so uncontactable even for the simplest thing, so imagine how NOT cooperative contactable they'd be in a refund?
Of course, all the other 'shell' names (mine was supposedly ordered from Give Out Best) have vague rules and process re refund, and that you have to actually send BACK the item... now there's a joke !
Sorry you had a bad experience...
I've had to move on, but bot, did I love sending pissed-off replies...

Ordered dinosaur November 18, 2021 for a Christmas present for my grandson. Was tracking the package but December 18th, 2021it stopped. My package did not move forward. I contacted the shipping company 20+ times and keep getting same answer, "be patient". I'm totally disgusted with the entire experience and hope the scammers running this fake company ro^ in h*//.

Using handmade angel as a scam

I ordered July 29th and have sent repeated emails asking for a tracking number...they keep coming up with excuses, at this point I'm emailing them weekly.
I will be pursuing this with PayPal and my cc company and reporting them wherever I can

Remote Control Dinosaur

I ordered the remote control dinosaur on Nov 20 as a Christmas gift for my Grandson, paying $59.98 through PayPal. As of Jan 4, 2022, I have yet to receive it... After several emails with the company with them telling me over and over that is in transit. Tracking it, it tells me it has been in Charlotte since Dec. 10 also again on Dec 18. They reply that I need to be patient. They have expedited the shipment to me... I finally asked for a refund as I still have not received it... They again tell me to be patient! I believe this is a complete scam! Paypal tells me I have to go through the seller to get a refund...How patient do you expect me to be... I have lost being patient!

I feel your anguish and frustration. Your complaint above sounds exactly what I have gone through, including dates, and their"be patient" comments. I ordered through PayPal also. The only difference is I paid $89.26. I'm furious with this fake company. I guess I'm out $89.26 and will have to look for another Christmas present for my grandson, who has been anxiously waiting for his gift. Thanks for reading. Tammie Mack, another victim.

Over two months and no product, no tracking company is seemingly a scam

I ordered in October some flying orbs for Christmas. It is now the new year and still no evidence that the product actually ever shipped , where it is, or when(if ever) I will receive it. Email contacts (many over the past months) with company seem to contradict themselves and never offer any evidence that my products are actually in transit. Tracking number supplied does not register with any parcel carrier at all.

I bought some money boxes from this company in October, received e-mails telling me the goods were on their way, had cleared customs etc etc, and they never arrived, I e-mailed them and the e-mail bounced back. Reported the matter to paypal and I had to wait a few days to get my money refunded. I think that the company is a sham company, and are only interested in getting your money, and you will never receive any goods. Thankfully paypal found in my favour and refunded me £43.

I ordered product that was advertised on Instagram on September 4th. I began contacting them thirty days later because I had not received my order. When I email them I keep getting email responses from them that say they are expediting a replacement shipment, but, of course, nothing. Add to this that they charged me $6.59 for 'Tax' over the total that they quoted me. SMH, I'm usually SO very careful to vet companies that I make purchases from. I must have suffered a brain lapse on September 4th. Good bye $39.56. I just wish I knew of a better way to get the word out to unsuspecting people who may make the same mistake. I see that CleverVigorous has a website listing a lot of stuff for sale. I hope other people do not fall for the scam.
