Paid $760 for puppy online in New Mexico, seller said delivery is included with price, since then it is over 2 months and now over $5000 charged to this delivery company, need crate, shots, vaccines, licenses, cross state certificate and city certificates, every day said expect delivery then 5 mins later, need another $1200, $2000 to keep deliver going.

Today asked for $2000 more after he said dog will arrive in 1hr, 23mins
