They told us we won $9,000. Then wanted us to pay $260 something. They called from an unknown # saying we won to call (202) 750-0713 in Washington Dc but said it was New York they were in.

It was then when we called that number with the ID number given to us that they then asked for us to send them money. We told them to jump off of a bridge and they hung up when they knew we caught on.

Mike Collins contacted my daughter claiming to be with the Department of Treasury. He told her she had 8,000 dollars to be claimed and to do so, all she needed to do was pay $200 up front. He had her phone number, date of birth, address and other personal information to add credibility to his scam.

The scammers called my cell phone

Pretending to be from the dept of treasury at 6:00pm in the evening i asked them the nature of the call he said 2013 tax return i dont even do taxes having did a return in 30yrs.

He stated a warrant would be processes i told him if he ever call me or notify me i was going to contact the authority's on him they alway call my number with the Cvs scam i have reported twice last year i have there phone # including the dot

received call from 682-217-1104 did not answer the phone, when calling back no answer. I called back later in the day the person stated that the phone call was being recorded I said ok then he said something that I could not understand because he had a foreign accent I told him I did not understand a word he said then the phone went silent and he hung up the phone.

I tried to call the number back no answer.

the call was from Arlington Tx.

Caller called my cell phone and identified himself as *** *** from the Department of Treasury. He asked me if I filed my taxes through a third party and whether I had a criminal attorney that could show up at a courthouse on my behalf in 30 minutes. I told him to send me a letter and hung up.

I received numerous automated phone messages requesting that I return the call. No name of company or caller is given, no name is given as to whom they are trying to contact. The message insinuates that if the call is not returned that it will result in charges going to the Magistrate Court. I refuse to return a call to any message of this sort.

Please find out who this is and shut them down.
