I ordered 3 life like puppies and none of them move like they are shown on their ad. I would really like to order real moving one but can you tell men where I can get them. This other is a scam. I also got a new born doll that was just naked and not like the one I ordered. How can we find out the scammers without getting ripped off.

I also received a small stuffed animal that I believed was an animated stuffed toy. It’s not and is a piece of junk with a scuffed area on its nose. It’s from Dept CA #20 5215 So Boyle Ave Building 2 Vernon CA 90058. I’m sending them a letter as I won’t return the item as it’s going to cost me $$ to do so. I’m thinking of throwing it in the trash! I ordered it for my grandson’s birthday but it’s not worth giving it to him. I’ve also reported this to the AZ States Attorney Office. This is a scam.

dolls, in which for sure I did not order, what ever scam your pulling I will definetly
file a complaint with the Better business bureau, I will be returning these stupid

Do not buy anything off of Facebook - they do not query their advertisers, fraud is rampant.

Ordered a laptop desk and got a partial item which does not stand up at all. It is totally useless. Now I know only to buy from legitimate stores where I can return things. This is a total scam! Facebook should be more careful about who they allow to present themselves as companies.

I bought what I thought was acute, battery operated toy shark that should have been about 22 inches long. Instead I received a hard plastic shark model that has no place for batteries, and only moves when you pick it up and walk around with it.

File with the BBB. It may or may not help you at the moment, but it will definitely help others. Also, file a dispute with your credit card company, PayPal or bank. It may take a couple weeks, but you will prevail if you have your documentation. It's important to show that you attempted to resolve this with the merchant. Good Luck!

Like many of the claims above, I ordered 5 folding camp chair rockers in April of 2020 at $19.95 each. Never received them. Then in July of 2020 I received 5 mini folding somethings...about 6" ins and 6"ins sq. They look like little folding/nylon net stools. Have no idea what these could even be used for let alone where my chairs are. These can't be used for anything unless you are an American Doll sized human and I'm out over $100. :-(
