I saw Clever Cutters advertised on facebook. I ordered 2 sets which would be 4 cutters. After a very long time, I finally received 1 package of 2 cutters.. I never got the other 2...this was paid for on a credit card.

I also ordered the camp chairs back in May. Saw them on Facebook ad, looked great and reasonably priced. Tried tracking them unsuccessfully multiple times. Today a package showed up containing two nylon rope macrame hammocks that might hold a 4 year old. No paperwork with them, return address Dept.Ca #20. Sounds like maybe I’m luckier than most in what I received, but am not at all happy!

Like so many here, I received two small folding stools. They look like children seats. One is grey with green trim the other is orange with black trim. I too ordered two swinging camp chairs back in April/May. What do we do about these scammers? Do not get pulled into the scam with these swinging camp chairs.

We ordered 3 camp swing chairs about 3 months ago (MAY). We received the package today and it was these very small fold out stool type chairs. They are about a foot high and the fabric on it is about the width length of your palm. Two yellow with blue edging and one red with blue edging. We ordered these from Amazon Prime, "Unknown seller" You can see that there's another shipping label under the one with our address on it. The email for the sender is [email protected] and the name on the email is outfallha...order number OUTFALLHA1504

On May 11, 2020 I ordered a garden kneeler bench/seat with tool pouches online from website househa. Purchase price $22.89 including shipping. A few days later I got an e-mail confirming my purchase and allow 2-4 weeks for my order to arrive. Then on May 26, I got another e-mail from househa stating my order was on the way. After 4 weeks and still no package I started tracking and found that a company called [censored]eou(sz) Tech co. limited was the seller. Tracking information shows 6/2/20 leaving Shenzhen China, then leaving Incheon, South Korea 6/12/20, then in Los Angeles Customs clearance 6/20/20, then Brisbane, California shipping partner, then Los Angeles shipping partner facility 7/6/20, then Greenwood, Indiana USPS 7/22/20, and finally arriving at my Post Office in Webb City, MO 7/27/20. Needless to say I thought I was finally going to get my order after almost 10 weeks. But when the mail came July 28, all I got was a very small package with a very small tool pouch and no garden kneeler. I could have bought this tool pouch at a dollar store for no more than it is worth. I had paid for my order via Pay Pal using my Discover reward points. Many weeks ago I had already reported my non-receipt to Pay Pal and my case was escalated to the Resolution level and is still pending. Needless to say I will never order anything again from the househa website. The return address on the package I got was DEPT. CA #20, 13725 Pipeline Ave. Chino, CA 91710, which is why I went to this web site and found all of the negative comments.

I also received the two miniature stools in today's mail. No company name or information to say who was sending it or why. I immediately went to my credit card statement to see if I had been charged. I also looked for the address, DEPT. CA #20, 13725 Pipeline Ave, Chino, CA 91710. This is how I found this site. I already called the bank that handles my credit card to explain what is going on. I just have to try and watch my statement so I don't get charged for a child like set of stools.

I received a package over the weekend. The return address was the same as above. I removed that label and found a label underneath from what looks like China. In the package was a small folding chair type thing. Used and a mess. I also received a golf ball (yes, a golf ball) with no explanation back in May. I ordered two items (on facebook, which was my first mistake) and I believe they were from China. One was a canvas chair, the other was a golf/corn hole game. I am so very mad right now. I can't complain to ANYONE. Please beware and don't order online and don't use paypal!

I bought the same golf/corn hole game. Realized or thought it was a scam when I got a dead tracking link and a dead website link sent to me. I reached out to PayPal to dispute this and have been disputing this for 2 months. I just got 2 golf balls in the mail today, googled the return address and this came up. I never ordered anything and I have yet to be charged for it although I do have a couple of items I'm waiting on. This could be the result of one of those. None of the order numbers or tracking numbers match though. Im not sure whats going on. The stool was actually packaged pretty badly and it is dirty/used. No idea what to make of it.

I ordered two bathroom shelves, that wasn't what was described in the advertisement. the shelve do not have suction caps or the bottom cap to make it stick to wall. This is false advertisement. I think this is the order #HE31900789BAI, it came from Dept. CA #20, 13725 Pipeline Ave, Chino, CA91710. You should send items that you advertise.
