Received a package left at front door. Sender's name was Dept.Ca #20 13725 Pipeline Ave, Chino Ca 91710. The package contained 4 black thin felt covers individually wrap Bar Code HE3200532HE11331 with some with mixed symbols for a different language at the bottom of bar code. Our PayPal was charged in April and package showed up in July. PayPal said everything looked fine and they would not refund our money of $51.94. We told them it was unauthorized.
