“ Hello, we are letting you know that your team has been disqualified. A member of your team ( other than yourself ) was found to have done one or more of the following:
Failure to fallow and abide by all requirements set out for you in our rules,
Failure to submit scores by the given deadline,
Failure to submit accurate honest scores,
Failure to follow policies,
Suspicious game play,
False KD,
Alt accounts,
KD tanking,
Reverse boosting,
Cheating/Hacking,
Having another person play on your account,
Slandering D^ on any of our platforms,
Dialed Up Games does not release information pertaining to individual disqualifications / bans. Any and all accusations, false information, or hostility will be deleted immediately. We do not tolerate slander of any kind in our discord whether it be against Dialed Up Games, our followers, or participants. Any violations to the policy will result in a kick or permanent ban. If you are banned form our discord you will also be banned from all other social media platforms as well as any future events under the Dialed Up Games umbrella
You are more than welcome to stay apart of our community and are able to continue to participate in future events. Dialed Up does not tolerate any form of slander, if you are caught doing this or are impacting our socials in a negative way you will be removed and banned from our socials and events. Thank you for being apart of Dialed Up Games and we hope to see you in future events.”
I asked the Admin to elaborate why I was his response
“I am sorry but Dialed Up Games does not release information pertaining to individual disqualifications / bans. All I can say is that you were not the reason that your team was DQ.“
Each of my teammates wrote him and we received the same response.
I decided to watch the stream of placements. And we actually won our division easily by 16 points. So I asked again And said
“ Hey man we scored 156 in our division. Point wise we won. I spoke to my guys and we can’t figure out the issue we could’ve potentially violated. Can you give me some insight to what the offense was so I can amend the issue on my team?“ the Admin response was
“I am sorry but all I can say is that you were not the reason your team was banned.”
I’m the only member not banned from communicating to him. I decided to do homework on this company and there are several complaints on how he is taking money from people and banning them from competing day of tournament.
