In September 2024, I purchased a candle making program from Digital Academy. The program came with ebooks, online course access, and materials that were allegedly mailed to me. Nov 2, 2024, I requested a refund because I had not received the mailed materials. I had been waiting since September for the materials. I have the online courses; however, they are no good to me w/o the required materials. I had several emails between me and someone who offered for me to take another course at their expense because my order was lost in transit or I can get a refund. Then I am being told because it has been past 7days I cannot get the refund although I was offered the refund.
