Employment Scam

I was contacted via text that they received my application, and if I wanted to proceed to reply “Interested” I replied. I was told the interview would be held online via teams message. And to give them the code so it will attach to the job I applied for.
So I got on teams and chatted with the person via chat. No video! I continued to chat with this person. Which then turned into a traditional interview. After that was over I got a message the next morning stating that I got the job. She then proceeded to tell me that I would be sent funds to get the necessary items for the job. Everything was going great. But then I asked to do a video call and she declined. She assured I would have a face time call with my supervisor once I completed the new hire paperwork. I then got the employment paperwork Monday morning. It there was no number, address company letterhead. I did not sign or send back. We then messaged the company cyber security directly and she informed us that they have been notified of some imposters and that unless the job is posted on their website then it’s a scam
