Warning! If you receive an invoice from Discount Supply Distributors, PO Box 480422, Los Angeles, CA 90048 - IT'S FAKE! It looks real and comes with a completed tax form, but this is fraud. Our invoice was for toner cartridges we didn't order - over $3k. Beware!

Received a fake invoice in mail charging our business for 5 ct toner cartridges and "balance due" of $2,208.60. This fake invoice included our business contact information and the correct model number for the copier in our office, as well as a copy of a W-9 from this supposed business (EIN 49-5474851) signed by "salesperson" David Smith. We have a contract with a legitimate company for our copier who supplies our toner, and I called them about this bill to confirm it is indeed a fake. Apparently scamming "toner pirates" are nothing new. Tried calling the phone number on the invoice and got an unnamed voicemail.

We received a fake invoice for Canon toner for a total of $2046.60 (includes $151.60 sales tax). Tax rate of 8% does is incorrect for Massachusetts. Customer PO number is listed as "Authorization."

I received an invoice and a fake W-9 form in the mail for 5 pieces of toner at $679.00 a piece. This invoice had my company name on it. However, this was not ordered nor received. Definitely a scam. Please be aware and do not pay!

We received an invoice for three toners we do not even use in the amount of $2,643! Please be aware of who you are doing business with and who send fake invoices. Thankfully this was caught before our accounting department paid it.

We received an invoice and W9 from this company (Discount Supply Distributors). We have never heard from them or ordered from them. Somehow they had our company info, my name (as Purchasing Manager) and printer information. The invoice was for $2,856.60 for toner for the specific printer we do have a contract for with a local vendor. The layout of the invoice is somewhat legitimate along with the accompanying W9. The customer PO just said "Verbal Authorization". Based on internet research from others as well as other ScamPulse.com claims, it is clearly a fake.

Sends invoices for Toners, which they never send and never get approval for. We just got an invoice for toners, that were never approved or delivered, have an "employees" name that doesn't work for us, and they're trying to charge us insane amounts for toner, that we get for free from our own company.

They will try to get your copy machine information to fraudulently send you these invoices.
